FOR PUBLICATION UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE NINTH CIRCUIT ADIR INTERNATIONAL, LLC, DBA No. 19-56320 Curacao, FKA La Curacao, a Delaware Limited Liability D.C. No. Company; RON AZARKMAN, an 2:19-cv-04352- individual, R-PLA Plaintiffs-Counter-Defendants- Appellants, OPINION v. STARR INDEMNITY AND LIABILITY COMPANY, a Texas Corporation, Defendant-Counter-Claimant- Appellee. Appeal from the United States District Court for the Central District of California Gary Klausner, District Judge, Presiding Argued and Submitted December 11, 2020 Pasadena, California Filed April 15, 2021 2 ADIR INT’L V.
