Executive Chef Brian Killian Chef Brian Killian Graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York in 1995. His cooking career began in the small city of Binghamton NY, where started as a Saucier and quickly worked up to Sous Chef within the year. Chef Killian then enhanced his trade in such cities as Charlotte NC, Denver Co, Pittsburgh PA, and Gaithersburg MD and now calls Stamford CT his home. Chef enjoys Fine Wines, Locally Crafted Beer, the Beach and good (hopefully) game of golf.
