My first involvement with the Institute for Collaborative Working (PSL as was) was in 2001 when the team presented their vision to a House of Lords working party. The values they were promoting were very much aligned to my business experience – invest in collaborative business relationships and the competitive advantages will emerge. This led to me join the Institute Board, subsequently
