This is to certify that on November 29, 2000, a Decision {Decision No . 2005-15 } was issued by this Office in the above entitled case, the dispositive portion of which reads as follows :

"WHEREFORE, after a consideration of the foregoing premises, this Office hereby SUSTAINS the Opposition filed by Compania Colombiana de Tabacco S.A. against Application Serial No. 95560 for the trademark "Pielroja and Device" as applied to cigarettes by Respondent Associated Anglo-American Tobacco Corporation and DENIES the registration of the same ."

and that the same has, on May 15, 2005 become final and executory and is hereby recorded in the Book of Entries of Judgments .

IN VIEW THEREOF, the fiiewrapper of the trademark "PIELROJA & Device" bearing Serial No. 95560 of the instant opposition case is transmitted to the Director, Administrative, Financial and Human Resource Development Services Bureau (AFHRDSB) for appropriate action in accordance with the aforementioned Decision.
