It's that easy. Inline Workflow With remarkable productivity, the Teleios inline workflow system can produce over 20,000 ft² of flags and banners per day, with only 2 or 3 operators in an operating area of less than 1,600 ft². (With 3 Teleios printers, 1 coater and 1 cutter) Inline Workflow continuous process Stand-alone process PM-180 Teleios HC-200 * The devices shown here, used alone or as part of an in-line workflow process, use the same take-up system and automatic feeder as the Teleios. Each device can sustain the output of 3-4 Teleios printers. d·gen Teleios Direct Textile Printing & Fixation Direct Textile Printing & Fixation d •gen™ Teleios Create eye-catching flags and banners with photorealistic images. Print directly on polyester as easily as printing on paper with the d.gen Teleios digital direct textile printing and fixation machine. ntil now, in order to print photographic images on flags and banners, two separate processes were needed – first printing on paper, then transfering the image from the paper to fabric. So, it was necessary to purchase two machines and to throw away money on U disposable transfer paper! Now, with the Teleios, there is no need for transfer paper, a seperate heat transfer machine, a large operating space, or the difficult and time-consuming process of sublimation! By printing textile flags and banners in one hastle-free step, the compact design of the Teleios saves time, space, and money! Key Features Heat Fixation Unit The built-in heat fixation unit is controlled by an integrated computer that ensures that textile printing and heat fixation are synchronized. The heat fixation unit regulates temperature, printing speed and ink consumption. This in-line workflow enables high quality textile printing and heat fixation in one step with vivid, saturated color that penetrates through to the back of the fabric. Moreover, there is no additional complicated process after printing. Teleios Textile Feeding System The unique patented textile feeding system of the Teleios is the key to the printer’s good runability. This system makes it easy to print on meshes, chiffon and any type of fabric used for flags or banners without buckling or skewing. Increase profits as Ink Tray easy as printing money! Excess ink that may pass through thin or mesh type fabrics is collected in an ink tray below the printing surface. This prevents any ink from coming into contact with and staining the rear side of the fabric. Print on fabric as easily as on paper! Dramatically reduce production costs! Bulk Ink System A built-in Bulk Ink System is included with 4-color (2 liters per color) and 8-color (1 liter per color) Teleios systems. This Print unattended overnight without worry! easy-to-use bulk ink feeding system enables you to refill inks while printing without getting your hands dirty. Save labor costs through high productivity! Fumebuster The fumes generated during the Teleios heat fixation process contain mostly vapor and minimal amounts of oil and dust. When the temperature of the fixation unit decreases, that mixture can liquidize and stain the output. For this reason, Teleios users need a fume buster. Specially tuned for the Teleios, the d.gen Fumebuster absorbs and filters fumes through the use of powerful suction. Most of the filters in the Fumebuster are very economical and can be washed with water and reused. (Some filters need to be replaced every 6 months.) Optional Devices HC-200 (Heat Cutter) The easy-to-use HC-200 uses heat to cut and trim polyester fabric. A position sensor allows precise cutting at speeds of up to 492 liner ft/hr and the user can select the optimal cutting parameters based on the characteristics and thick- ness of the fabric. With 3 blades and 1 take-up unit (max. 5 blades and 2 take-up units optional), the HC-200 can automatically cut 2 or 3 individual strips out of a 74-inch wide roll of fabric. Plus, both edges are neatly trimmed. With its compact design, the HC-200 can be installed in a small space. PM-180 (Coater/Washer) The PM-180 is a compact, easy-to-use, high-speed coating and washing machine specially designed for the Teleios. The machine coats polyester fabric to ensure high quality printing or washes away the residue that results from the heat fixation process. The machine eliminates wrinkles and fabric misalignments, so waste is not a concern. The coated polyester dries instantly and the edges of each side are trimmed out for immediate printing. Take-Up Roller In addition to the standard take-up unit, this optional take-up roller enables allows the user to cut prints without waiting for the entire roll to finish printing.
