Chair Barrus called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m.

H.B. 128 Electronic Device Location Amendments (Rep. R. Wilcox)

Rep. Wilcox explained the bill.

MOTION: Rep. Handy moved to replace HB128 with 1st Substitute HB128. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Romero absent for the vote.

MOTION: Rep. Jerry Anderson moved to amend the bill as follows:

1) Page 3, Line 68: After the word, "entity " Delete " no later than 24 hours " and Insert " as soon as reasonably possible "

The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Romero absent for the vote.
