As you get started here are some reminders and helpful tips:

1. Before running a PainTrace, ensure the following:

iPad software is up to date Settings > General > Software Updates WiFi is enabled and connected Settings > WiFi > On Bluetooth is enabled Settings > Bluetooth > On Date/Time is correct Settings > General > Date & Time

2. Sometimes apps on the iPad do not function as intended due to recent updates. If you notice this with the BioTraceIT App, follow these steps:

Stop Trace (if you have one running) Close the App (double click the home button and swipe up) Power Cycle the iPad (Turn off / Turn on) Power Cycle the device (Turn off / Turn on) Open the app and resume using

Contact tech support if problem is not resolved.

3. Clear cookies and cache before using dash.biotraceit.com to view data.

Chrome: Keyboard Shortcut (pressed simultaneously) Ctrl + Shift + Delete

OR Steps: On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click 3 dots. Click More tools. Clear browsing data. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and ," check the boxes. Click Clear data.

Firefox: Keyboard Shortcut (pressed simultaneously) Ctrl + Shift + Delete

OR Steps: Click the menu button. and select Options. Select the Privacy & Security panel. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data. Ensure both the Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content are check marked, click the Clear button. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you have made will automatically be saved.

Safari: (Mac users only) Keyboard Shortcut (pressed simultaneously) Opt + ⌘ Cmd + E

OR Steps: Click on the drop-down menu and select Preferences. Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window. Select the Develop drop- down menu. Click Empty Cache. Clear browser history.
