The tour, featuring very special guest Steve Winwood, will begin in San Diego, CA on August 3rd. The tour includes already announced headline performances at San Francisco’s Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival and at the Lockn’ Festival in Arrington, VA. On Labor Day weekend, for the first time ever, the band will also perform at Boston’s Fenway Park. On Thursday, September 25th Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers will take the stage at Toyota Center, Houston, Texas! Every 2014 Tour ticket will include Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers’ highly anticipated new album, Hypnotic Eye. Hypnotic Eye was recently described by Rolling Stone magazine as “maximum rock & roll” and “a decisive return to the concise Sixties-rock classicism of his first great New Wave era albums.” Check out the attached video for an album preview.
