On both sides of the Mediterranean countries continue to face security, stability and economic problems. Terrorism and organised crime, particularly in the illegal trafficking of people, have shed further pressure on all of us, who work for the respect of human rights and dignity. In the Middle East, where the Israeli-Palestinian peace process has encountered new obstacles, particularly a lack of good will, we are experiencing the tragic spread of the Jihadist extreme terrorism H.E.
