Council met with all members present except Councillor Shipway. Warden Vanderheyden presided.
Warden Vanderheyden welcomed the Optimist Students and newly elected county councillors to the meeting.
Warden Vanderheyden thanked Julie Gonyou, County Librarian and Jim Gates, County Treasurer for hosting the Mock Council Meeting with the Optimist Students in the morning.
2. PROVISION FOR DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST AND GENERAL NATURE THEREOF
Councillor Bloomfield declared a pecuniary interest in item 11.A.1. - Notice of Hearing - Application for Council Exemption for Clear Cutting of Woodlands – Bloomfield as he is related to the applicants.

a) Southwest Middlesex School Closures Councillor Reycraft noted that the Thames Valley District School Board trustees rejected the TVDSB administration recommendation to close Mosa Central, build an addition to the Ekcoe Central. Status quo will apply to both public schools and the Glencoe District High School.
b) Thank you Councillor Hodgins addressed County Council noting that he is proud and honoured to have represented Lucan Biddulph at County Council during the past four years.
