5-8) Judge-In-Charge of Nezarath Deptt., Suri/Bolpur/Rampurhat/Dubrajpur, Birbhum OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT JUDGE OF BIRBHUM AT SURI NEZARATH DEPARTMENT Quotation No. 05 /N DATED: 03.02.2021. One DIESEL CAR will be hired for official use in the office of the District Birbhum at Suri. Judge, Sealed quotations are invited from interested persons for the above purpose upon fulfilment of the following conditions: The 1) car must have commercial registration number. 2) Current date of registration shall be preferable. 3) The car will be hired on daily rent basis. The owner should state the minimum daily rent he is expecting. 4) The hire charge will be paid only for the working days. 5) Besides the hire the charge Department will bear only cost of Diesel at the rate of 12k.m./litre run and one litre Mobil for at least every 500 k.m. run. 6) Maintenance cost of vehicle and salary of the driver shall be the of the owner exclusively. liability 7) The car owner must produce the car for test drive and of all in photocopies relevant papers respect of the car along with the quotation. 8) Hiring contract of the car is liable to be terminated by giving one month's prior notice by either side, to the subject condition that the owner cannot withdraw the car before expiry of three (03) years of contract. 9) The quotation must reach the office of the undersigned (Nezarath Suri) by 08.02.2021 on or before 05:00 P. Altogether 24 representative groundwater Samples were collected from borewells and tubewells, during March 2010 in order to assess its suitability for drinking as well as irrigation purpose. The water chemistry of samples were analyzed for pH ,Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Electrical Conductivity(EC), Sulphate -2 - -3 - 2+ 2+ + (SO 4 ), Nitrate (NO 3 ), phosphate (PO 4 ), Fluoride (F ), Calcium (Ca ), Magnesium (Mg ), Sodium (Na ), + - 2- - Potassium (K ), Bicarbonate (HCO 3 ), carbonate (CO 3 ), chloride (Cl ) and Total Hardness (TH) using standard techniques.The results revealed that the maximum SAR (Sodium adsorption ratio) in the study area was 0.87 i.e, below 1. RSC (Residual sodium carbonate) value among the samples is maximum 0.844 which is below 1.25 meq/l, indicating no sodium carbonate hazard in the study area. % Na values indicating its suitability for irrigation. But in most of the water samples some parameters like EC, Ca 2+ , Na + were above the acceptable limit recommended by WHO.

It also works as a source book as well as an inventory to coordinate the activities at the district level before, during and after disasters. The plan is the yield of efforts put in by various departments and organizations. It serves as the base document to take up measure to mitigate disasters of various natures by the government at the district level. OBJECTIVE : The objective of District Multi-Hazard Disaster Management Plan is to formulate an inter-sectoral plan at the district level to create preparedness and mitigate disasters of different natures in a convergent manner.
