 IDP response: stationery will be provide by UNICEF in outside 2 UNHCR : YAO to update cluster Provided kerosene to refugee school and YAO provide transportation 3 UPP: DoE will conduct evaluation the  UPP buses are bringing 210 children to Kobani School. students for attending  UPP 6, 7, 8 resilience group, 2 PSS officers Sarikany , Amoda , the school.

5 REACH:updated 678 beneficiaries had participated in Bazian , Banjan and rapareen community centers from different target groups refugee, IDP and host community for catch up study , languages , sport activities for social cohesion and improving their skills , reintegration and rehabilitation :  Computer training  Art activity for children  Music training.  sport activities.  English training.  IDP students participated in catch up and study support in Bazian community center.  Sorani (Kurdish) training.  kindergarten activities in 3 community center.  Arabic language training.

Education Cluster Meeting Minutes 5  Mapping schools in Bazyan and Baijan, to prepare for the next year programing starting from Dec-16.  Service Mapping in the current existed Adolescent friendly spaces including (Suli city center, SaidSadiq, Bazyan and Baijan) for MC/Advancing Adolescence Program, to ensure effective coordination with other INGOs before starting with the activities.  Training for MC staff members on Program Management Manuel (PM&MC Manuel) from (24 – 27) October 2016. 7 IRC:don’t have update IRC’s target this year is 6 schools: 4 refugee school-Amooda, Afrin, Sarekani and Kobani. And two host community schools that have both IDP and host community students-Frishta and Kamil Basir. The activities are : - Teacher Learning Circles at all six schools: 12 teachers from each school (Except for Amooda 15 teachers) will take a 4 day training on teaching methods and child protection 6th-9th Nov. at Ramada Hotel. - Parent Teacher Associations: have been formed in 2 schools, the rest of the schools have been on boycott. Once they start, the General Assembly will be arranged and PTA s will be formed. - School Management Supplies: each school prepared a list of supplies that they needed for their management and have been provided with them based on that. (Ex: printer and copy cartridges, A4, notebooks, whiteboard pens, etc.) - Tutoring program will take place only in Amooda School. The banner for accepting CVs for tutors will be put next week in the camp, and will start receiving CVs and finalizing the tutors. 8 ACTED:don’t have update  Repairing 730 students’ desks in 12 schools.  Delivering Stationaries for the 30 Schools. 9 CDO:don’t have update  Dafi and hopes Program: CDO started registering student for studding MS. And bachelors in Public universities for free, for this purpose we distributed booklets to give information to people. Till now we registered 31 students At Arbat Refugee Camp and 62 inside Sulaimaniah city.  Arrange focus group discussions with unhcr for refugees and IDPs through these discussions CDO asked families and children about their problems in the schools and the teacher’s behaviors with students in different places (Rania, tasluja, piramagroon, Sulaimaniah, Bazian, said sadiq, Chamchamal, Halabjaand, Bainjan).then we referred the issues to UNHCR.

Education Cluster Meeting Minutes 6  Computer courses: CDO opened the course for 20 Refugee’s students in Sulaimaniah at CDO community center. 10 PWJ : updated PWJ start implementing the project in 2016 in Suly , DoE have information about it , IDP establish school Kurdstan in , secondary school , Tasluja , Twaspi built by prefab, provided with furniture , MoE provide salary , UNESCO didn’t attend the meeting , UNSCO didn’t attend the cluster meeting , MoE Baghdad have communication with UNISCO , lack of staff in Suly for attending the meeting , Kurdstan school cancel the rent ,

11 UNESCO updated, UNISCO will change tents to caravans in Taesh school in Ashty UNESCO inform the cluster what Action point : UNISCO camp , they removed 3 tents , manager informed by MoE Baghdad , on 20 Dec will they can provide to the schools . with MoE Baghadad finish establish the caravans . Cluster sent email to all partners will send detail about 3 for sending gaps of IDP and schools to the cluster. refugee schools , cluster send these gaps to UNISCO

Cluster coordinated with MoE for there is space , and camp manager coordinate with providing the space and extend the schools , cluster. 4 Lack of buses Derek school need buses, lack of buses for Action point UNISCO : to inform cluster what they Derek and Barxodan secondary school Derek is can support to these schools very far from the houses, UNISCO will provide salary for secondary IDP school to 30 May 2017.
