Response: # Agenda Items Discussion Action Point \ Decision 1 Qandil:  Preparation for the 3rd PTA meeting in the till the second week of November - 3rd PTA meeting took place in Grespi intermediate school and Kobani basic school on November 20th and Sarikany basic school on November 24th.  Going-Back-to-School- Campaign: distribution of 124 bags, stationary, T-shirts and tooth brush for the students of the 1st grade in the schools of Mam in Rania 40 bags, Qaladze 31 bags and Kobane 53 bags on November 11th.

 Supporting education of students with special needs: The 6 schools of Bakrajo, Sar shaqam, Amez, Shkar, 9y Huzairan and Araz formally handed over to the DoE in the last week of November.  Supporting education of students with special needs: Host community teacher capacity building (Autism Awareness) training for Bakrajo, Sar shaqam, Amez, Shkar, 9y Huzairan and Araz schools teachers took place in Titanic Banquet hall on November 22nd and 23rd.  Adaptation and infrastructure improvement of 8 refugee school buildings: Afren, Amooda, Sarekane, Baba gwrgwr, Zahawe, chea, Harem and old kobane Schools handed over to UNHCR in the 2nd week of November. 2 UNICEF:  The transportation of the Syrian refugee students are ongoing UNICEF supporting 40 buses to transport the 1180 refugee students in 9 schools in Suli.  Starting the progress of repairing 8,000 student desks and transfer the fund to GDoE in Suli for that purpose.  Paying the incentive of 175 Syrian refugee teachers and 36 non-teaching staff in the Syrian refugee schools through GDoE in Suli.  Assessing the needs of Education in Surdash camp and sharing the updates with Education section and Education cluster partners in Suli.  Visiting Al-Wand2 camp school by the facilitator to assess the needs and, preparing to provide 4 tents 72m2 with concreting the base of the tents to fill the gaps and accommodate all the students.  Providing students bag and stationeries for 2380 students in (Ashty, Tazade and Al-Wand2 camps) to the IDP schools, and soon we will cover all IDP non-camp schools.  Finishing the official papers to transfer 31 students from Laylan camp in Kirkuk to Tazade camp in Kalar. 3 UPP: Since 1st until 13th November 245 children (135 boys + 110 girls) have participated to the non-formal education activities of the YFS.

Education Cluster Meeting Minutes 4  Since 14th until 25th November 149 children (87 boys + 62 girls) have participated to the non-formal education activities of the YFS.  Since 1st until 25th November 383 children (161 boys + 222 girls) have participated to the non-formal education activities in Amouda School.  Since 1st until 25th November 59 children (24 boys + 35 girls) have participated to the non-formal education activities in Berkhwedan School.  Since 1st until 25th November 210 children of Kobani School benefitted from the transportation of 6 buses.

4 SCI activates in :  Renovation of Al-Wand2 two camp school by coordination with UNICEF. 5 REACH: 640 beneficiaries had participated in Bazian , Banjan and rapareen community centers from different target groups refugee, IDP and host community for catch up study , languages , sport activities for social cohesion and improving their skills , reintegration and rehabilitation :  Computer training  Art activity for children.  Music training and music activity for music team it was good time for children.  Sport activities (ping pong and tennis) for children and teenagers.  English training in Bainjan, Rapareen and Bazian centers from different target groups.  IDP students participated in catch up and study support in Bazian community centre.  Sorani (Kurdish) training.  Children participated in kindergarten activities in 3 community centre.  Children participated in Arabic language training.

6 Mercy Corps:  Focus Group Discussions with collective groups of IDP/Refugee and host community adolescent ages 10 – 18 years old to identify needs and design first cycle of program activities.  Finalize type of courses in each school/AFS’s and recruit coaches and youth leaders to conduct and implement training sessions and program activities.  Training coaches, and Youth leaders on core themes of the program and prepare them to run sessions.  Starting with the registration of Youth Members (program target adolescents) to start with the activities in all AFS/Schools by December 4th 2016. 7 STEP:  Educational activities at Child Support Centers this week included: Arabic, English, Kurdish, math, and drawing. All activities are conducted separately with different age groups (alternating days or working for more than one shift in one day.) Details are shown in the presentation 8 IRC  A training done for 6 schools including 72 teachers about RTWG (Refugee Teacher Working Group, Healing Classrooms) and TLC (Teacher learning circle) at Ramada Hotel.  First session of TLC done which is a monthly meeting with the 12 teachers in each school, (TLCs) are small gatherings of teachers who come together to share their work, successes, and challenges in order to support and help one another improve upon

6 Separating male and female students in Ashty camp girl school for separating male and MoE to give update on that. IDP schools female , in Arbat camp school start to separate male and female ,this effect on girls and lack of teachers

7 6 schools UNICEF constructed 6 schools everything is Suli governorate to hand over these schools ready, they need to hand over these schools they promise to solve this issue on 15 Nov. Because of government are not working so this effect on hand over these schools,
