Communiqué de presse 2005-095 FR Le Mans, Luxembourg, le 17 octobre 2005 FRANCE : 190 millions d’euros de la BEI pour le bouclage de l’autoroute européenne A28 La Banque européenne d’investissement (BEI), l’institution de financement à long terme de l’Union européenne, accorde un prêt de 190 millions d’euros à Cofiroute pour le financement de la construction de la dernière section de l’autoroute européenne A28 dans le centre-ouest de la France. La convention de financement a été signée au Mans, le 14 octobre 2005, par Henri Stouff, Président-Directeur général de Cofiroute, et Philippe de Fontaine Vive, Vice-président de la BEI, en présence de Stéphane Bouillon, préfet de la Sarthe Ce prêt contribue à la réalisation d'une section longue de 57,5 km de l'autoroute A28, à deux fois deux voies, entre Ecommoy (Sarthe) et la jonction avec l’autoroute A10 située au nord de Tours. La réalisation de l’autoroute A28, prévue de longue date dans le Schéma Directeur Routier National français, complètera ainsi l’axe autoroutier sur la façade atlantique, favorisant les échanges entre l’Europe du Nord-Ouest (Allemagne, Benelux, Royaume-Uni) et la péninsule ibérique. Ce réseau contribuera au développement économique des régions traversées et reliera les grands ports maritimes et fluviaux de la mer du Nord, de la Manche et de l’Atlantique. De plus, l'A28 offrira une solution alternative à la traversée de la région parisienne par le trafic de transit. Enfin, l’achèvement de cette autoroute améliorera significativement les conditions de circulation sur la route nationale 138, axe actuellement très accidentogène. -

Direction de l’Habitat et du Logement de la Métropole de Lyon EMERGING MODELS OF COHOUSING WG HOUSING JUNE 16th 2020 THE EMERGENCE OF COHOUSING IN FRANCE ➢ 2000’s : some groups of inhabitants launched collective initiatives aiming at designing and managing their habitat collectively ➢ The terminology remained fuzzy until 2010 when the terminology “cohousing” was finally agreed upon ➢ 2010 : Creation of the national network of local communities for cohousing (in Strasbourg). Lyon was one of the founding members ➢ March 2014 : With the law called “ALUR”, in March 2014, the concept of cohousing is expressly recognised and integrated into French Law.
