I welcome you all, as fellow members of my jolly big, beautiful, human family... to this Phoolosophy Adventure. This adventure is like a side show of divine and utter madness... exploring totally ridiculous, optimistic notions of where we are at, as a collective body of fellow individuating cells, of an organism we call humanity guided by the star lore of white fella dreaming, the ancient wisdom of Western Astrology and Tarot. I like to use the term All!... so to cover the whole notion of what we know of God, or, Goddess-ness. and I use the term,'the living mystery of life and creation', so to cover the big questions we all ponder about ourselves, our life, and the unfolding of All things, all situations and circumstances, moment by moment, in the living eternal now time... and also, all that ever was, and all that will ever be. I like to use the term.. We!', for me... myself... and I. O K My qualifications as the author of this body of words is!; I am approximately one seven billionth of the self perspective of mankind; and describe the nature of my life adventure, in the spirit of being an auto-didactic, unschool student, of the wisdom of the ancients of our species, at the now, 'internet' university. which is, our current techno means, of accessing the wisdom of the ancients, and the wisdom of any living observers, and thinkers of the current zeitgeist, as well as all else. 4 ©By :Peter-James :Mitchell 20201207 Also in my working life adventure, I have been generally a labourer... Which has afforded my full attention to pondering endless realms of wisdom, countless rabbit holes of mind boggle, while simply enjoying my automaton capacity for access of my fun tickets. Which is, by the way, what me and my friends call money... and like a true 'Bogan Hippy', I have ruthlessly cherry picked from the smorgasbord, of the wisdom of our species; only that which was meaningful for me. I have enjoyed many years of enjoying wide and various pondering's, which has made me realize the value of wearing an organic, unschool attitude, for the fun curious sniffing out of any thing that holds interest for me. I feel the successful means of enjoying an unschool advantage, is to treat the whole smorgasbord of humanities speculations equally; hold the lot as fiction, which has fact and truth sewn into its fabric for your rational, logical, deductive, inductive, retro-ductive puzzling. And hey presto, behold your developing relatedness with the wholly see of the living All. I effectively figured out that if everything is but a speculation then the speculation I wear for my own cognition of reality is as worthy as any other and out of all the isms that I could indulge in, it is my own ism of my own self that is the one for me. So Why Phoolosophy? In a quick summary for those who do not want to read any further than knowing the why. From the age of Aquarius perspective of Astrology we are either in the Age, or on the Cusp of it all, and with it comes a new ruler of the age, and that Ruler is Uranus who also happens to be the Fool of the Tarot. So in a 'nut' shell it stands to reason that the Philosophy of a Fool might be Phoolosophy. So to guide our way through the Age of Aquarius one might do well to ponder the Philosophy of the Phool. You will see mentioned in other parts of Phoolosophy, that spirituality is simply ones relatedness with the wholly see of the living all. Which is All that is, who you happen to be warts and all; all your quirks... all your nuances of unique eccentricities... all that is the geometry of your human form... all that is your living character... all that is your attitudes and opinions... all that is your feelings and desires... all that is your dreams and nightmares... all that ever was for you... all that will ever be for you... all of whom you share the life scape of your unfolding life adventure with... all beings are reflections of your deepest psychic depths... all those with whom you meet; all those with whom you commerce life force... all those with whom you receive inspiration; all those with whom you have heart connection... all those with whom you enjoy soul fusion; all those with whom you have challenge... all that which you have felt, all that which you have ever thought, accumulates as All that which you now 5 ©By :Peter-James :Mitchell 20201207 hold as your current and present knowledge,,, of your wholly see of the living All. Or in other words, your very own personal, unique, individual, evolving living Soul!. I feel to be among a class of humans, who are seeking to rebuild themselves from the inside out; to survey our strange whirled, world, soap opera comedy smorgasbord, of our human presentations of wisdom, from all cultures. Within these tomes allows one to survey for, 'who am I', 'what is my self', 'what is my soul', 'what are my strengths', and 'what are my weaknesses'. 'What are my expressions for good', and 'what are my shadows of dark human flaws'; 'what are the potentials which exist for me to construct into my own unique individual life adventure'; 'what is the purpose for my existence'; 'what is the meaning of my life'; 'what may I judge to be the most worthy prize for my existing'; 'what is it that I may take with me beyond the portal of death'; 'is there a beyond-ness of the death portal?'; 'is there a beyond-ness to death?'; 'is d'eath simply the door of the ethers as some suggest! I have always enjoyed the fun banter with my friends, when you speculate about the cosmic beyond, and many times the comment has been.... 'I ain't coming back',,,, or,,, 'this is my last life', and many similar jests. But to consider what is entailed in the possibility of actually doing so, is an interesting logic puzzle in itself. You will notice a theme in this Phoolosophy adventure of logic and reason, deduction and induction, guided by the tomes of ancient wisdom. The Toltec Wisdom, the meta physics of astrology and tarot are useful tools for skrying a worthy speculation for what to expect at the 'Portal' and what would be useful to do to achieve a worthy speculation. There is also the aspect of writing this style of book has ones awareness looking into a mirror of ones own 'madness.' There is so much self criticism and ongoing inner bickering that makes it almost impossible to get to a point of ever releasing it for others to read. I must admit I do not really feel like an author as such, more like someone writing a diary which you actually want to keep personal, but there is this other aspect of being that wants also to share it. The ongoing inner battle has one side of the bantering mind concerned that the particular style of writing is conducive to someone who has no qualifications to do so. Then the other emerging Phoolishness simply suggesting that it is what it is and the most important part of its existence is just doing it. It is like the tomes of works I have enjoyed reading over the years I consume, then over the years I digest and this writing is my elimination of that meal. Then also my denigrating mind suggests that there is mountains of assembled words out there in the world accumulated over hundreds of years and this is but another pile. Be that as it may says my other mind there are certain ponders that I ponder that I have not come across in my reading through countless piles of assembled words by countless others. There is a particular perspective that is not being talked about and I may as well throw it out there into the market place of ideas and that is, that there may be some pants shitting frightening 6 ©By :Peter-James :Mitchell 20201207 truths that we are overlooking as beings.

Essential Logic Ronald C. Pine Chapter 4: INFORMAL FALLACIES I All effective propaganda must be confined to a few bare necessities and then must be expressed in a few stereotyped formulas. Adolf Hitler Until the habit of thinking is well formed, facing the situation to discover the facts requires an effort. For the mind tends to dislike what is unpleasant and so to sheer off from an adequate notice of that which is especially annoying. John Dewey, How We Think Introduction In everyday speech you may have heard someone refer to a commonly accepted belief as a fallacy. What is usually meant is that the belief is false, although widely accepted. In logic, a fallacy refers to logically weak argument appeal (not a belief or statement) that is widely used and successful. Here is our definition: A logical fallacy is an argument that is usually psychologically persuasive but logically weak. By this definition we mean that fallacious arguments work in getting many people to accept conclusions, that they make bad arguments appear good even though a little commonsense reflection will reveal that people ought not to accept the conclusions of these arguments as strongly supported. Although logicians distinguish between formal and informal fallacies, our focus in this chapter and the next one will be on traditional informal fallacies.1 For our purposes, we can think of these fallacies as "informal" because they are most often found in the everyday exchanges of ideas, such as newspaper editorials, letters to the editor, political speeches, advertisements, conversational disagreements between people in social networking sites and Internet discussion boards, and so on.

1 THE MESSAGE OF THE DIVINE ILIAD Walter Russell Volume 1 UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND PHILOSOPHY Formerly the Walter Russell Foundation Swannanoa, Waynesboro, Virginia 22980 To man’s new day, now dawning, when he who alone knows the anguish of the dark shall find peace through knowing the Light of God in him, as very Self of him, this book is lovingly dedicated. FOREWORD THE MESSAGE OF THE DIVINE ILIAD is sent from our Father to give unfolding humanity the needed comprehension for taking the next transforming step in man’s long journey from the jungle of sensed awareness of body to cosmic conscious awareness of omnipresent Light of God as the centering motivating force of man. For millions of years, man was unaware of his conscious Self. He was but body, expressing the desires of body, constantly seeking that which his body needed, and taking it by his might of physical strength. During those aeons of his unfolding, man was totally unaware of his unity with God and mankind. Likewise, he was totally unaware of the universal inexorable law which governed his every action. Then came the dawn of consciousness. Man began to know. Then he created extensions of his body to do for him what his body could not do. He created a boat to transport his body—then a sail for the boat—then a wheel—and fire to warm him and cook the food which he formerly ate raw during the animal stage of his unfolding. Then came the long savage and barbarian stages of increasingly complex human relations based upon the jungle principle of taking that which he wanted by the power of might-over-right.

was Leonardo an incarnation of En.ki - E.yah? continues, Part four SUMMARISING THE PREVIOUS LEONARDO forums of hidden texts provided by the Elohim to Nostradamus: (who was their abductee and a time traveller in what he calls the “stage gate” visiting the collator seven times) 1.The Creative mind of Ea-En.ki was incarnated as several artists over the centuries, being the of the day. 2. Amongst these art works from various artists is hidden within many messages to us, we need only find them. 3.We have been told to ‘AXEcut EUCHARISTS, MIRROR IMAGE, EXAMINE PERIPHERALS [joined]’ in the case of Leonardo. 4.We have already seen in IS, CAN BE, SEVEN CONDUITS (SOME USED) that other artists such as Poisson used the key words or images from the ALKHEMY LIST, and there is no reason for Da Vinci to have not done the same, indeed, under a bridge in one painting is the number “72” which would represent the millwheel of the precession of the equinoxes, & we will note that this is six times twelve – the number bases for En.ki... a former Anakim. In the clay tablets of Enki the Anakim claim to have named the z00.diacs as signposts – 12 of them (13 relates to the lunar). Consequently: the results have shown us that Jesus in the Last Supper becomes a Leonine, wearing a Baphomet icon (and what does that tell us?). First we need to know the Alkhemy list of key words, in which Leo Minor constellation was once Norma (R.o.m.a.n) and was once The Carpenter, becoming the Set Square before being named Leo Minor.

The report provides the author’s interpretations of excerpts from each chapter of The Universal One. These attempt to break down The Universal One into terms that can be more easily be understood. In so doing, the author made best efforts to apply his God-given ability to simplify complicated, abstract language into lay terms. One hundred percent translation accuracy was not achieved. The author would like to thank his father, Dr, William S. Kiser, for taking the time to carefully study The Universal One and share his reflections which are found in Sections 6 and 7 of this report. Thanks also goes out to Jason Ferguson, a High School Physics Teacher in Central Virginia, for his valuable interpretation feedback on select sections of The Universal One.

Duty placed upon a party to a civil or criminal action to prove or disprove a disputed fact. 2. “Burden of Proof” is also used as a synonym for “Burden of Persuasion” which is the quantum of proof by which the party with the burden of proof must establish or refute a disputed fact. B. Preponderance of the Evidence Defined: 1. Evidence, as a whole, shows fact to be proved is more probable than not. 2. The existence of the fact at issue is more likely than not. 3. The greater weight of the credible evidence. 4. More evidence or more credible evidence than evidence offered in opposition to it. C. Clear and Convincing Evidence Defined: The existence of a particular fact is highly probable or reasonably certain. This standard may be used in some jurisdictions when the issue is whether a person was guilty of deceit or fraud—a matter that had to be proved at common law by clear and convincing evidence, rather than by a mere preponderance.

  • Appendix 1 a Great Big List of Fallacies
Why Brilliant People Believe Nonsense Appendix 1 A Great Big List of Fallacies To avoid falling for the "Intrinsic Value of Senseless Hard Work Fallacy" (see also "Reinventing the Wheel"), I began with Wikipedia's helpful divisions, list, and descriptions as a base (since Wikipedia articles aren't subject to copyright restrictions), but felt free to add new fallacies, and tweak a bit here and there if I felt further explanation was needed. If you don't understand a fallacy from the brief description below, consider Googling the name of the fallacy, or finding an article dedicated to the fallacy in Wikipedia. Consider the list representative rather than exhaustive. Informal fallacies These arguments are fallacious for reasons other than their structure or form (formal = the "form" of the argument). Thus, informal fallacies typically require an examination of the argument's content. • Argument from (personal) incredulity (aka - divine fallacy, appeal to common sense) – I cannot imagine how this could be true, therefore it must be false. • Argument from repetition (argumentum ad nauseam) – signifies that it has been discussed so extensively that nobody cares to discuss it anymore. • Argument from silence (argumentum e silentio) – the conclusion is based on the absence of evidence, rather than the existence of evidence. • Argument to moderation (false compromise, middle ground, fallacy of the mean, argumentum ad temperantiam) – assuming that the compromise between two positions is always correct. • Argumentum verbosium – See proof by verbosity, below. • (Shifting the) burden of proof (see – onus probandi) – I need not prove my claim, you must prove it is false. • Circular reasoning (circulus in demonstrando) – when the reasoner begins with (or assumes) what he or she is trying to end up with; sometimes called assuming the conclusion.

  • Chapter 2 – What Is the Essence of Universal Truth?
CHAPTER 2 – WHAT IS THE ESSENCE OF UNIVERSAL TRUTH? Chapter 2 of „The Whole Elephant Revealed‟ By Marja de Vries, © 2007, Marja de Vries The Universal Laws are laws of truth. Edgar Cayce (1877 – 1945)1 INSIGHT INTO THE OPERATION OF THE UNIVERSE What is Universal Truth all about? The common golden thread of this Universal Truth is nothing more and nothing less than insight into the nature, the meaning and operation of the universe. In other words, it is about a fundamental insight into the true nature of reality. The revelations of the sages and mystics tell us that the reality in which we live is more than the physical reality we are familiar with. In the perception of the wisdom traditions, the universe is multidimensional, with many different planes or levels of reality. The physical reality is in fact just one of these levels, the universe being much greater and more amazing than our familiar five senses and our ordinary consciousness would lead us to believe. During their experiences of Oneness-with-Everything, mystics were able to perceive all these different levels of reality. They could see all the way through all the levels of reality to the very Source from which the unseen, non-physical worlds emanate and ultimately manifest as the physical world. Some of the ancient writings emphasize that the Universal Truth they describe does not have a human origin. We can read this in the Upanishads, part of the ancient Indian writings known as the Veda. These texts explain that Universal Truth is the natural expression of the organizing power inherent in the very nature of Universal Consciousness itself.2 According to this text, it is this very organizing power that is at the foundation of order and harmony throughout the universe.

Free Energy Devices Pt 2 Page 1 of 17 home Free Energy, Theory, Devices and Progess Senthil R. Kumar Tue, 2 Nov 1993 by Patrick G. Bailey, Ph. D. P.O. Box 201 Los Altos, CA 94023-0201 PART II of II The electrical dynamo patented by Barbara Hickox (1991) is an interesting device. The design includes a central rotating non-conductive cylinder into which small cylindrical permanent magnets are placed. The interesting part is that the magnets are all positioned with one pole outward, and located on two spiral lines down the surface of the rotating cylinder. Barbara claims that when properly designed, single-wound coils in the proximity of these rotating magnets will exhibit power transfers much higher than the power required to turn the cylinder. Again, here is the idea of a spiral or cyclic texture within the substance of existing energy fields. It must be pointed out here that accurate measurements of high frequency power can be difficult to make and results can be inferred that are very much in error (Triner & Hansen, NASA, 1977). All measurements of input and output voltages and currents must be very carefully performed. The Bedini free energy generator (1991) was also discussed. Complete plans are given for the construction of a free energy system. While not an over- unity device, the battery recharging circuit does allow a battery to operate for a much longer period of time than it normally would, thus giving the user that much more energy for free. However, it was pointed out that certain circuit components, such as the transistor numbers, may be in error in these plans, and that a brand new battery must used.
