La flore des bryophytes de l’Albanie comprend 327 taxons représentant 141 genres et 62 familles. La liste est basée sur des travaux réalisés à partir de 1888; elle représente le premier inventaire des bryophytes du pays. Une distinction a été établie entre les références antérieures à 1950 et celles plus récentes. Quelques taxons indiqués comme présents en Albanie, mais situés hors des limites territoriales actuelles du pays, ont été exclus. Les synonymes relevés dans les travaux originels utilisés ont été listés. Abstract – A preliminary check-list of the bryoflora of Albania (SE Europe) within its political boundaries is presented. It consists of 327 taxa representing 141 genera and 62 families. This list is based on literature reports from 1888, and it represents the first check-list for the bryophytes of this country. Reports before 1950 are distinguished from those based on more recent records. Some taxa previously reported for Albania, but from localities actually outside Albanian present-day political borders are indicated and excluded. -

The Second checklist of Bryobionta of Ukraine. Chornomors’k. bot. z., 10 (4): 426-487. doi:10.14255/2308-9628/14.104/2. The second checklist of bryophythes of Ukraine is given according to the contemporary taxonomical system in this edition (Checklist first published in 2008). The bryophytes (superdivision Bryobionta) refer to 3 divisions: Anthocerotophyta (4 species), Marchantiophyta (192 species), Bryophyta (653 species). Species are placed alphabetically. Modern Latin names and known synonyms are given to each species. Literature sources on the Ukrainian bryoflora, including those published long ago as well as of the latest decades, especially generalized works, are quoted here. Distribution of all the species both in physiogeographic plains zones and mountain landscapes: zone of mixed coniferous- deciduous forests (Ukraine Polissja), zone of deciduous forests (nemoral zone), the Forest- steppe zone, the Steppe zone (with steppe Crimea), Carpathian mountain region, Crimean mountain region and administrative regions of Ukraine is shown. The indications about species which were not presented in the first Ukrainian Checklist of Briobionta (2008), questionable species and species that were excluded from Ukrainian bryoflora are given. Carnets de bryologie 25 : 1-38.1 Résumé – Selon la présente mise à jour, la flore hépaticologique connue du Québec compte 218 espèces, et celle du Labrador, 123 espèces. Dans la liste proposée ici, le nom accepté de chaque espèce est suivi d’une indication de la présence dans chacun des deux territoires, d’une liste des synonymes récents, de renvois aux principaux manuels de référence, d’un sommaire des sous-espèces et variétés recensées ainsi que de notes sur divers aspects de la taxonomie et de la répartition de l’espèce. La présence de l’Apopellia endiviifolia au Québec et en Amérique du Nord est confirmée. Mots-clés : Marchantiophyta, Québec, Labrador. Abstract – According to this update, the known liverwort flora of Quebec includes 218 species, and that of Labrador, 123 species. In the list, each accepted species name is followed by an indication of occurrence in either jurisdiction, a list of recent synonyms, references to relevant manuals, an account of reported subspecies and varieties, and notes on various taxonomic and distributional issues. La distribution de chaque espèce est donnée selon le système de carrés (Henderson, 1961). Fossombronia wondraczekii (Corda) Lindb. est rapporté comme nouveau pour la flore de la Turquie. En outre, 13 espèces sont des nouveaux records pour 5 carrés de la Turquie. La taxonomie, la synonymie et la distribution de nombreux taxons sont brièvement discutés dans une série de notes. Altogether,240 liverwort and four hornwort species that are currently found in Poland are included. Seventy- two species (71 liverworts and one hornwort) are classified as threatened, which comprises 30% and 25% of the liverwort and hornwort flora, respectively.The critically endangered (CR) category is assigned to 11 liverworts and one hornwort, the endangered (EN) category is assigned to 21 liverworts, and the vulnerable (VU) category is assigned to 39 liverworts. Twoliverwort species, anastrophyllum donnianum and Biantheridion undulifolium,are considered regionally extinct. Data concerning the distribution, abundance and population state of 21 species (20 liverworts and one hornwort) fall within the data deficient (DD) category; in this category,the data are insufficient for the established criteria to be used to determine the endangerment category.One liverwort is included in the not applicable (NA) category. Checklist and Red List of Hornworts (Anthocerotophyta) and Liverworts (Marchantiophyta) of Slovakia

Overall, 22.9% of liverworts are evaluated as threatened (CR – 4.3%, EN – 7.8%, VU – 10.8%), while 17 of species (7.4%) are categorized as NT, 11.6% as DD and 3.0% as RE. A total of 128 species (55.4% of the liverwort flora of Slovakia) were assessed as LC. For the liverwort Lunularia cruciata the criteria were not applicable (NA), since this species is not native to Slovakia. Currently, only two hornworts are known in Slovakia, of which Anthoceros agrestis is assessed as LC and Phaeoceros carolinianus as NT. The main factors of the liverwort and hornwort endangerment and retreat are anthropogenic changes in natural conditions and degradation of the ecosystems caused by agriculture, forestry, aquaculture, climatic changes, industry, and traffic pollution.
