GUIDE to Stadium MK This guide has been designed to help travelling supporters and answer any questions they may have before their visit, ensuring they can have a great away day. This guide includes information on directions to the ground, matchday travel, stadium facilities and more. Stadium MK opened in 2007 and has a capacity of 30,500 seats in a connected bowl. It is located in the Denbigh North site between Grafton Street, Saxon Street and the A5. Stadium MK is the only stadium in the EFL with four stadium screens, in all four corners of the ground, meaning you can see a screen from every single seat. FAN GUIDE Limited car parking is available on the Stadium MK site priced at £7. Spaces can be pre-booked at ‘Park the Car Here’. Matchday spaces for Blue Badge holders are limited and should be pre-booked by visiting the Box Office, calling 01908 622901 or emailing [email protected]. The Club cannot guarantee an on-site parking space for Blue Badge holders who have not pre-booked. There are drop-off and pick-up points available outside Gates 4 and 7. Drop-off and pick-up is permitted at Gates 4 and 7 as well as outside the hotel reception, although collection outside the hotel will be limited post-match to allow for egress of pedestrians and the visiting team coach. Supporters who pre-book taxis should head to the pick-up point at Gate 7. Patrons should park considerately in the industrial areas surrounding the stadium and NOT in the parking areas of the nearby retail and trade outlets, or in areas signed as privately owned, where there is risk of clamping. No football parking is permitted at Asda, adjacent to the stadium or at the MK1 retail park. A Parking Charge Notice of £60 will be issued for cars identified as parking for football or those exceeding the two-hour parking period. 6 SUPPORTERS AWAY WITH FAN DISABILITIES. GUIDE At Stadium MK we have 12 designated accessable parking bays which can be pre-booked by calling MK Dons’ Box Office or by visiting our website mkdons.com. Access into the stadium is level and there are 20 wheelchair spaces on the concourse level and a dedicated disabled platform on the upper concourse. We offer a free Personal Assistant ticket to supporters with a disability who are in receipt of Disabled Living Allowance, Medium or Higher level, or any level of Personal Independent Payments. We have disabled toilet facilities in the away end of the stadium and all concession points have wheelchair friendly counter areas for supporters to purchase food and drink. Hearing impaired visiting supporters have access to an induction hearing loop which is available from the Box Office and visually impaired visiting supporters have access to MK Dons’ Soccer Sight commentary service. There are a limited number of headsets which can be pro-booked and collected from the Box Office. Supporters can request a headset upon entry to the stadium also. Just ask a steward and they will be able to help you. Soccer Sight Commentary is provided by Milton Keynes Hospital Radio. MK Dons provide a soccer sight commentary service for visually impaired fans. There are a limited number of headsets available which can be pre-booked and collected from the Box Office. Supporters can request a headset upon entry to the stadium – just ask a steward and they will be able to help you. Commentary is provided by Milton Keynes Hospital Radio. 7 AWAY FAN AWAY GUIDE TICKETS. Away fans maybe seated on the lower and/or the upper levels of the North stand between Aisle 30 to 38 depending on seating allocations. Away fan can access the stadium via Gate 3, but may also be at Gate 1 or 2. These gates are accessible for mobility impaired fans and lifts are available if needed to access to upper levels. Away tickets can be brought from our main Box Office and in the away ticket booth next to Gate 3. The away ticket booth is CASH ONLY. The best way to ensure you get tickets for the game is to pre-purchase them through your club’s ticket office. 8 AWAY STAYINGOVER. AWAY Stadium MK is situated within a leisure park, so there are plenty of places to eat and FAN drink including Nando’s and TGI Fridays. The stadium have an extremely popular burger van called Caz Bar, as well as a Marco Pierre White Steakhouse who allow GUIDE away fans but no football strips. Inside the stadium you can find bars and food and drink kiosks around the concourse. The stadium kiosks serve hot dogs, burgers and pies as well as a variety of snacks.
