[email protected] Submission: 31/08/2016 Accept: 01/09/2016 ABSTRACT The article presents various forms of destructive behaviour of employees, briefly introducing their key features. The main idea of this article is to carry out a comparative analysis of studies after discussing the forms of destructive behaviour of employees. Results of quantitative and qualitative research published in 2006-2016 have been compared. Results of studies of destructive relationships between employees in the work environment of organizations providing public services have been reviewed.
