The Financial bid be submitted in Envelope ‘B’ 3. Samples not bearing the logo/seal of bidder clearly mentioning its specifications, quality, material etc should be submitted separately. One sample each of approved items will be retained by RSPB free of cost. 4. Samples must be properly tagged/pasted e.g. “Track Suit for Indian Railway Players., 5. The sample should have RSPB logo on the front and INDIAN RAILWAYS in bold letters on the back. 6. The Challan for submission of kit items is given at Annexure-A 7. The tentative requirement of different kit items is given at Annexure-B 8. The technical specifications of sports kit items are given at Annexure-C 9. Both the bids should be submitted in an envelope on which the words “Tender for the supply of Sports Kit Items” should be super scribed on the top of the left corner of the envelope which should also show the name and address of the bidder. 10. Bidders are required to quote for only one of its best and economical brand of an item 11. The quantity and size of each item will be decided by the Secretary/RSPB, New Delhi. 12. In case of doubt in material the expenditure on testing of material will be borne by the supplier. 13. The EMD of unsuccessful bidder will be returned within 30 days after the finalization of the tender. 14. But the EMD of successful bidders will be retained as Security Deposit and will be adjusted in the final bill or returned after completion of the contract period. However, in case the supply was not found as per approved samples the security money will be forfeited. 15. Competitive rates should be inclusive of all taxes FOR destination i.e. RSPB/Rail Bhawan, New Delhi or Karnail Singh Stadium, Paharganj, New Delhi quoted in tender should be valid for two years from the date of acceptance of bid. 16. Items quoted by the firms should be strictly as per specifications. 17. The supplies shall be executed at the time and in the manner prescribed by the indenting officer.
