Description

The interior and exterior parts are sourced from a huge range of different woods and materials. The log houses are bespoke, hand scribed log building. The timber used is 150 yr old Siberian Spruce, sourced by A Koks of Latvia. A Koks produce extremely impressive developments specialising in extremely large houses and commercial buildings.

The larch and Douglas Fir are from Inzievar wood, Oakley, Fife. The oak and Scots pine was sourced from Callander Estates at Falkirk. The window sills in the large log house are made from Ekki, an African hardwood that is often used to make bog mats as it does not rot, not even underwater. There are pitch pine sourced from Blackpool’s Big Dipper, American Heartwood, Eucalyptus Grandis, Orogo and numerous other wood types. There are stain glass Main houses entrance hall with the lounge on the left hand side windows, cathedral windows and large French doors.
