Status Kes COVID-19 Di Dalam Kenyataan Media JPBN Bil 91/2021 JAWATANKUASA PENGURUSAN BENCANA NEGERI SARAWAK KENYATAAN MEDIA (01 APRIL 2021) 1. LAPORAN HARIAN A. Status Kes COVID-19 Di Dalam Wad Hospital Dan Masih Di Bawah Pengawasan Perubatan (Kes Aktif). Hari ini, terdapat 434 kes baharu yang telah pulih dan dibenarkan discaj iaitu dari PKRC di Semuja (235), Hospital Sibu (68), Hospital Miri (37), Hospital Sarikei (29), Hospital Umum Sarawak (19), Hospital Bintulu (13), PKRC Serian (11), PKRC Betong (10), PKRC di bawah Hospital Kapit (9), PKRC di bawah Hospital Sri Aman (1), PKRC Mukah (1) dan PKRC Lawas (1). Ini menjadikan jumlah keseluruhan kes positif COVID-19 yang telah pulih atau dibenarkan discaj meningkat kepada 13,827 orang atau 83.15% dari jumlah keseluruhan kes COVID-19 di Sarawak. Jumlah kes aktif yang masih mendapat rawatan dan diasingkan di PKRC dan wad hospital mengikut hospital rujukan adalah seramai 2,636 orang. Manakala, 274 PUI baru telah dilaporkan dan 11 PUI yang masih menunggu keputusan ujian makmal. 1 Kenyataan Media JPBN Bil 91/2021 B. Kes Kematian COVID-19 Baharu. Hari ini terdapat dua (2) kes kematian baharu melibatkan jangkitan COVID-19. Ini menjadikan jumlah kematian akibat jangkitan COVID-19 telah meningkat kepada seramai 110 orang. I. Kes Kematian Ke-109. Kes kematian Ke-109 merupakan kes ke-9,688 melibatkan seorang lelaki warga tempatan (Sarawak) berumur 68 tahun yang telah dimasukkan ke Hospital Sibu kerana mengalami gejala demam, batuk, kurang selera makan dan memerlukan bantuan pernafasan. Saringan ujian rt-PCR yang telah dibuat dan dikesan positif pada 28 Mac 2021. Keadaan kesihatan kes didapati merosot dan disahkan meninggal dunia pada 31 Mac 2021. Kes mempunyai ko-morbid penyakit darah tinggi, penyakit kencing manis, strok dan kegagalan fungsi buah pinggang. II. Kes Kematian Ke-110. Kes kematian ke-110 merupakan kes ke-11,790 melibatkan seorang lelaki warga tempatan (Sarawak) berumur 60 tahun yang telah dimasukkan ke Hospital Bintulu setelah dikesan positif melalui ujian rt-PCR pada 10 Mac 2021. Kes mengalami masalah kesukaran bernafas dan memerlukan bantuan pernafasan. Keadaan kesihatan kes didapati merosot dan disahkan meninggal dunia pada 31 Mac 2021. Kes mempunyai ko-morbid penyakit darah tinggi dan penyakit kencing manis. 2 Kenyataan Media JPBN Bil 91/2021 Jawatankuasa Pengurusan Bencana Negeri Sarawak mengucapkan ucapan Takziah kepada semua ahli keluarga mangsa. C. Kes Baharu COVID-19. Hari ini terdapat 238 kes baharu COVID-19 dikesan di Sarawak. Daerah-daerah yang melaporkan kes adalah Daerah Bintulu (95), Sibu (51), Miri (28), Kuching (22), Beluru (17), Julau (8), Serian (6), Meradong (4), Tatau (3), Sebauh (2), Kanowit (1) dan Sri Aman (1). Ini menjadikan jumlah keseluruhan meningkat kepada 16,628 kes. Daripada 238 kes baharu yang dilaporkan, seramai 24 orang telah menunjukkan tanda dan mengalami gejala jangkitan COVID-19 semasa saringan dijalankan. Manakala, seramai 177 orang kes adalah terdiri daripada individu yang telah diberikan arahan perintah kuarantin di pusat kuarantin yang telah disediakan. Mereka ini terdiri daripada 176 orang yang merupakan individu yang telah dikenalpasti sebagai kontak rapat kepada kes positif COVID-19 dan satu (1) orang adalah individu yang datang dari luar negara. Secara ringkas kes-kes ini terdiri daripada: 3 Kenyataan Media JPBN Bil 91/2021 I. 160 kes merupakan saringan individu yang mempunyai kontak kepada kes positif COVID-19 (7 orang bergejala). II. 37 kes merupakan lain-lain saringan di fasiliti kesihatan (1 orang bergejala). III. 21 kes merupakan saringan individu dalam kluster aktif sedia ada (tiada orang bergejala). IV. 16 kes merupakan saringan individu bergejala di fasiliti kesihatan. V. 1 kes saringan individu balik dari luar negara (Arab Saudi). D. Kluster Yang Masih Aktif. Hari ini sebanyak 36 kluster yang masih aktif. Daripada jumlah tersebut, sebanyak enam (6) kluster yang melaporkan terdapat penambahan kes. Manakala 30 kluster lagi tidak ada penambahan kes. E. Ringkasan Kes Mengikut Daerah Di Sarawak Hari ini, Daerah Beluru telah bertukar ke status Merah daripada status Jingga setelah merekodkan sejumlah 46 kes jangkitan tempatan dalam tempoh 14 hari yang lepas. Ini menjadikan jumlah daerah berstatus Merah telah meningkat kepada 12 daerah. 4 Kenyataan Media JPBN Bil 91/2021 Daerah Tatau pula telah bertukar status ke status Kuning daripada status Hijau setelah merekodkan tiga (3) kes jangkitan tempatan pada hari ini. Ini menjadikan jumlah daerah berstatus Hijau menurun kepada tujuh (7) daerah. Daerah Tanjung Manis juga telah kembali ke status Kuning daripada status Jingga setelah merekodkan hanya sejumlah 18 kes jangkitan tempatan dalam tempoh 14 hari yang lepas. Ini menjadikan jumlah daerah berstatus Kuning meningkat kepada 18 daerah. Manakala tiga (3) daerah berstatus Jingga.
