Samsung Galaxy Note8 Trade-Up Campaign (“Campaign”) Terms & Conditions Customers will be able to trade in their old hand phones (“devices”) at a value specified by Ingram Micro Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Ingram Micro”); and set-off that value to purchase a Samsung Galaxy Note8 within the same transaction at participating Samsung authorized dealers from 21st September – 31st November 2017. Customer is only entitled to one (1) time trade up for Samsung Galaxy Note8 when they trade in one (1) unit of eligible device. Duration The Samsung Galaxy Note8 Trade-Up Campaign (“Campaign”) will run from 21st September – 31st November 2017 during operation hours of selected outlets (Malaysian time) (“Campaign Period”) at the Participating Outlets. Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “Samsung”) shall reserve the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without any prior notice. Eligibility This Campaign is open to all Malaysian and non-Malaysian residing in Malaysia, aged 18 years and above (as at 21st September 2017), except the employees (and their immediate families) of Samsung, their affiliates and/or related companies, distributors, retailers, advertising and Campaign agencies. In the event the consumer is below 18 years old, please seek consent from parent/guardian before participating in this Campaign. Participation by consumers under 18 years old will be deemed to be accompanied with consent by the parent/guardian. Trade-In Value varies accordingly to model and condition of the device. Participating Outlets The Campaign is available to all nationwide Samsung Experience Stores (SES) & participating Samsung authorized dealers (collectively referred to as “Dealers”). Details of the participating Dealers are set out in Appendix 1. The campaign is also available at the Galaxy Note8 Roadshows as per Samsung Galaxy Note8 Roadshows: 1. 21st September 2017, 12:00PM – 24th September 2017, 10:00PM at Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur 2. 21st September 2017, 10:00AM – 24th September 2017, 10:00PM at Gurney Plaza, Penang 3. 21st September 2017, 10:0AM – 24th September 2017, 10:00PM at Aeon Tebrau City, Johor Bahru Terms and Conditions a) This Campaign is only applicable for end customers and NOT applicable to the following: - Dealers and their immediate family members - Resellers and their immediate family members b) To be eligible for the Trade-Up Campaign, the customer acknowledges that their device must meet the following criteria set out by Ingram Micro (“Criteria”): (i) Device is able to power ON and OFF, can properly charge, read IMEI and can use with all Malaysia Telco SIM Card (ii) Device must have Wi-Fi connectivity (applicable to IPhone, Android), able to call IN and OUT and properly factory reset (iii) Display screen should be functional; Display screen should be free from cracks but fine line screen crack may be acceptable, free from damaged pixels, free from shadows, free from discolouration and free from water damage (iv) Casing and cover no major damage, no crack, no missing button and buttons are functioning (v) Device must not be a clone set, iCloud, Find my Phone (applicable to iPhone) Samsung ID and Phone lock must be remove (vi) Make sure devices with finger print feature are in working condition. c) One customer is only entitled to enjoy one (1) time promotion with the aforesaid Trade In Value off RRP for Samsung Note8 when they trade in 1 unit of eligible device. Trade-In Value is not redeemable for cash and not exchangeable/transferable. d) The Customer is responsible for the removal of any memory card, SIM card and the back-up and/or erase all the personal and confidential information and data in the device that is traded in under this Campaign. Page 3 of 9 e) The Campaign is valid during the Campaign Period only and the Customers must trade in their old device at the time of purchasing Samsung Note 8 in the same transaction and on the same day only. By participating in this Campaign, consumer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein and decisions of Samsung. f) Customers are required to complete Ingram Micro’s Trade In Voucher and are advised:- (i) to remove any SIM card or memory card from the Trade In Device; and (ii) to complete a factory reset and/or security wipe to ensure the Customer’s personal and confidential information and data, including but not limited to applications, contracts and personal data, personal information, photos, videos, messages and/or passwords in the Trade In Device (“Personal Information”)are removed, erased or deleted from the Trade In Device. g) Samsung is not liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the Campaign. h) Samsung shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in the Campaign. i) Samsung shall not be liable for any compensation or reimbursement due to the unavailability of the stocks stated and/or any costs and expenses including but not limited to transportation, logistics and accommodation howsoever incurred by consumer in participating the Campaign. j) Samsung reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the Campaign and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes in connection with the Campaign, the decision of Samsung shall be final. k) Warranty of the Samsung Galaxy Note8 is subject to standard product warranty coverage as per terms and conditions stated in the official corporate website at http://www.samsung.com/my/support/warranty. Customer is advised to check the website from time to time and stay informed for any changes on the terms and conditions of the warranty. l) During the Campaign Period, Samsung and/or Ingram Micro may collect consumers information including personal information in the Trade-in Vouchers and any other forms (whether on our own or by appointed service provider) taken during the Campaign. m) By providing Customer’s personal data, Customer is indicating that he/she has read, understood and agreed that his/her personal data will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed in accordance to Samsung's Privacy Policy available at http://www.samsung.com/my/info/privacy.html or Ingram Micro’s privacy policy (as may be applicable). Page 4 of 9 n) Customer shall be responsible for the removal of any memory card, SIM card and the back-up and/or removal of all the Personal Information in the trade in Device. Under no circumstances shall Samsung be responsible for the removal of Personal Information from the trade in Device and shall not be liable for any loss or use of any Personal Information from the said device.

The locality of the Project Site falls under the jurisdiction of Majlis Perbandaran Kajang (MPKj). 1.1.1 Approval of Penilaian Awalan Tapak (PAT) A Site Suitability Assessment (Penilaian Awalan Tapak) has been submitted to the Department of Environment (DOE) Selangor on 6th March 2014. The department has no objection to the proposed development via its letter dated 21st March 2014 [(B)B 91/110/621/077 Jld 162(2)] as appended in Appendix 1 .     INVESTOR UPDATE 31 DECEMBER 2014 2014 TH QUARTERLY REPORT From The Desk Of The Chairman Dear Shareholders, We are pleased to announce that PPB Group’s revenue rose by 12% to RM3.7 billion for year 2014 mainly driven by growth in most of the Group’s core segments. PPB Group posted an unaudited proft before tax of RM1.03 billion for year 2014, down 3% from the year before. The lower proft was due to reduced proft contribution from Wilmar International Limited, lower income from investment in equities and losses in the packaging business reported within “Other Operations”. Most of the Group’s core segments achieved better results for year 2014. Proft for the year was RM938.9 million and earnings per share stood at 77.33 sen. The Board of Directors has recommended a fnal single tier dividend of 16 sen per share for the fnancial year ended 31 December 2014 subject to shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The fnal single tier dividend is payable on 29 May 2015 and together with the interim single tier dividend of 7 sen per share, the total dividend for fnancial year 2014 would be 23 sen per share compared with 25 sen paid in respect of year 2013. 2 From The Desk Of The Chairman (Cont’d) GOING FORWARD CSR ACTIVITIES The performance of the Group’s four, feed and food-related PPB Group through its 80%-subsidiary, FFM Berhad, was prompt businesses should be sustainable, based on their enlarged to reach out to the food victims who were badly hit by the distribution channels and market share.

    1PAY E-WALLET AND ONECARD MEMBER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (V.4.0 01 JUNE 2021) Definitions 1PAY The electronic payment system which is established and managed by the Operator for 1 Utama Shopping Centre and other Bandar Utama Group entities for use by ONECARD Members by way of a 1PAY E-Wallet or by using the credit card, debit card or online banking linked in the 1Utama Mobile App or other online and offline means that may be introduced by the Operator from time to time. 1PAY E-Wallet The electronic wallet under 1PAY accessed via the 1 Utama Mobile App or a valid physical ONECARD (by swiping or tapping) which contains the ONECARD Member’s available CASH balance denominated in Ringgit Malaysia which can be used to make a 1PAY E-Wallet Transaction or a CPC Top Up. 1PAY E-Wallet Top Up When a ONECARD Member increases the CASH balance in its 1PAY E-Wallet via one or more of the methods and at any of the locations provided in Clause 29. For the avoidance of doubt, the earning of UPoints and CPC Top Ups are not 1PAY E-Wallet Top Ups. 1PAY E-Wallet Transaction A completed and successful payment made by the ONECARD Member to a Merchant for a purchase at the Merchant’s Outlet or to the Operator for a purchase on ONESHOP using the 1PAY E-Wallet which may be a payment using CASH, UPoints (through a Redemption Transaction) or a combination of the two. For the avoidance of doubt, 1PAY E-Wallet Top Ups and Direct Pull Transactions are not 1PAY E-Wallet Transactions and are not subject to the daily CASH transaction limit set out in Clause 33.

Our theme “Lima Mata Ikan“ plays on the linguistic similarity with the Maori “Rima Mata Ika“. Our objectiveis to celebrate the historical ties between New Zealand and Sarawak and to foster a continuation of this longstanding and prosperous relationship. Please join us in this special celebration. Kia ora! Greetings from the Land of the Long White Cloud to the people of the Land Of The Hornbill. Our festival, Lima Mata Ikan, is a great opportunity to explore and celebrate the linkages between New Zealand and Sarawak. A large business delegation is coming over from New Zealand, led by the Minister of Māori Affairs Dr the Hon Pita Sharples. We have had great support from New Zealand’s many friends in the State to put together an exciting programme of events.
