INVESTOR UPDATE 31 DECEMBER 2014 2014 TH QUARTERLY REPORT From The Desk Of The Chairman Dear Shareholders, We are pleased to announce that PPB Group’s revenue rose by 12% to RM3.7 billion for year 2014 mainly driven by growth in most of the Group’s core segments. PPB Group posted an unaudited proft before tax of RM1.03 billion for year 2014, down 3% from the year before. The lower proft was due to reduced proft contribution from Wilmar International Limited, lower income from investment in equities and losses in the packaging business reported within “Other Operations”. Most of the Group’s core segments achieved better results for year 2014. Proft for the year was RM938.9 million and earnings per share stood at 77.33 sen. The Board of Directors has recommended a fnal single tier dividend of 16 sen per share for the fnancial year ended 31 December 2014 subject to shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The fnal single tier dividend is payable on 29 May 2015 and together with the interim single tier dividend of 7 sen per share, the total dividend for fnancial year 2014 would be 23 sen per share compared with 25 sen paid in respect of year 2013. 2 From The Desk Of The Chairman (Cont’d) GOING FORWARD CSR ACTIVITIES The performance of the Group’s four, feed and food-related PPB Group through its 80%-subsidiary, FFM Berhad, was prompt businesses should be sustainable, based on their enlarged to reach out to the food victims who were badly hit by the distribution channels and market share. -

Getting to, Parking, Loading/Unloading at the MKA FCI International Shows @ MINES 2 Mall (20-22 Sept 2019) Venue : Mines 2 Mall, Level G , Pusat Perdagangan Mines, Jalan Mines 2, E18, Mines Wellness City, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor. *PLEASE USE WAZE to get to the Mall and save getting lost.* Venue Opens daily at 7.30am for Exhibitors. 10am for public. Loading and Unloading of dogs is STRICTLY at the side of the mall in the Premier Parking area . This is the nearest and easiest way to get into the show area. Dogs are not allowed in the lifts from the multi storey car park into the building. Premier Parking costs RM10 (flat rate whole day). There is a 15 minute period to allow you to unload dogs in this area, if you do not wish to park there and pay for Premier Parking. There are 2 ways to get into the Premier Parking. 1. If coming from KL along the SBE (Sungai Besi Expressway) E9 , once you see the signs for Mines Resort Exit 902 , keep to the extreme LEFT lane. Just past the sign on the LEFT you will see this sign for MINES 2 and Crystal Ballroom . Take this exit and you will come straight into the Premier Parking and will be able to locate the UNLOADING Areas. Second way to come into the Unloading/Loading area is from the front of the building. Look for the signs with RM3 Parking and follow them around. DO NOT park at the RM5 outdoor parking, as this is VERY far from the Loading area. -

MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS BUSINESS AND OPERATIONS The Group is principally engaged in the operation of the “Parkson” and “Centro” brands department stores. Its stores offer a wide range of internationally renowned brands of fashion and lifestyle related merchandise in 4 main categories namely, Fashion & Apparel, Cosmetics & Accessories, Household & Electrical, and Groceries & Perishables, essentially targeting the young and contemporary market segment. In addition, the Group is also involved in the retailing of fashionable goods, operation of gourmet supermarkets and food and beverage (“F&B”) outlets, and consumer financing business. The businesses of the Group are spearheaded by Parkson Retail Group Limited (“PRGL”), listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, which operates and manages 47 retail stores in China; and Parkson Retail Asia Limited, listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, that houses 66 retail stores in Southeast Asia.
