NATIONAL CONFERENCE with International Participation and Exhibition SSEECC 6th NATIONAL CONFERENCE with international participation and exhibition Common-sense strategies and policies – EE and RES solutions for energy independence, competitive prices and exit from the crisis November 25 – 26, 2010, Novotel Plovdiv The conference The conference will focus on the plans, projects, results and best practices in the field of EE & RES, implemented by Bulgarian and European municipalities in the framework of the Covenant of Mayors and innovative NGOs and companies as well. The conference will include expert presentations, best practices examples, and interactive discussions among participants. The aims of the The conference is aimed at integrating the abilities of the participants in the following conference fields: New policies and legislation in the field of EE & RES; Sustainable local and regional energy development and the role of the Covenant of Mayors; Successful European models for bioregions and projects for bioenergy on the local level; Integrated projects for EE & RES in buildings; Innovative projects of energy agencies and municipalities. The agencies are non-governmental organisations providing expert energy-related services to a wide range of clients, including municipalities and private firms. BioRegions organises its stakeholder workshop within the conference, consisting of Panel I and Panel II. The project supports five rural areas in Europe in their effort to secure 1/3 of their energy needs from local biomass. In Bulgaria we are working with the region of Sredna Gora Mountains (Panagurishte, Strelcha, Hissar, Brezovo, Karlovo, Ihtiman). BioRegions is co-financed by the Intelligent Energy for Europe programme. The sole responsibility for the content of this workshop lies with the organisers.     Annex REPORT FOR 2019 UNDER THE “HEALTH CARE” PRIORITY of the NATIONAL ROMA INTEGRATION STRATEGY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA 2012 - 2020 Operational objective: A national monitoring progress report has been prepared for implementation of Measure 1.1.2. “Performing obstetric and gynaecological examinations with mobile offices in settlements with compact Roma population”. During the period 01.07—20.11.2019, a total of 2,261 prophylactic medical examinations were carried out with the four mobile gynaecological offices to uninsured persons of Roma origin and to persons with difficult access to medical facilities, as 951 women were diagnosed with diseases. The implementation of the activity for each Regional Health Inspectorate is in accordance with an order of the Minister of Health to carry out not less than 500 examinations with each mobile gynaecological office. Financial resources of BGN 12,500 were allocated for each mobile unit, totalling BGN 50,000 for the four units. During the reporting period, the mobile gynecological offices were divided into four areas: Varna (the city of Varna, the village of Kamenar, the town of Ignatievo, the village of Staro Oryahovo, the village of Sindel, the village of Dubravino, the town of Provadia, the town of Devnya, the town of Suvorovo, the village of Chernevo, the town of Valchi Dol); Silistra (Tutrakan Municipality– the town of Tutrakan, the village of Tsar Samuel, the village of Nova Cherna, the village of Staro Selo, the village of Belitsa, the village of Preslavtsi, the village of Tarnovtsi,

В алпийския Балкански ороген, в централните части на Южна България, се обособява Горнотракийската рифтова система. Тя се формира през средноеоценско-кватернерните постколизионни екстензионни процеси, като преработва по-ранните колизионни структури. В рифтовата система е отложен бартон-кватернерен комплекс, в който се обособяват бартонско-приа- бонска, приабонско-долноолигоценска, горноолигоценско-средномиоценска, горномиоценско-плиоценска и кватернерна групa, които се отделят c дискордантни или дисконформни граници. В тези групи се различават поредици от литостратиграфски свити или задруги. Отделните единици са съставени от теригенни континентални, по-малко морски наслаги, с ограничено участие на карбонатни, органични и вулкански материали, както и с въглищни пластове. Въз основа на геоложките и геофизичните проучвания и интерпретацията на сателитни стереоизображения се установява сложна разломна мрежа, определяща структурата на Горнотракийската рифтова система. Обособени са разломи с ИЮИ, ССЗ, ССИ и ИСИ, рядко с меридионални или екваториални направления. Изток-югоизточните структури са определящи и надлъжни спрямо Балканидните, а ССЗ и ССИ са диагонални. В рифтовата система като второразрядни се отбелязват Пловдивският и Загорският грабен и Чирпанският праг.
