She is currently a full-time Adjunct Professor in the Department of Leadership Studies and Adult Education at North Carolina A&T State University. Dr. Tyrone Chase is a full-time Assistant Professor in the Department of Organizational Leadership Doctoral Program at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, Maryland.
