He is also directed to receive the online fresh Bail Applications, release applications. 07 Such applications sent/filled by the Ld. Counsels through Email shall contain the details ofAdvocates/ Litigants including their Mobile Number,email id. 08- Ld. Counsel shall also forward soft copy of such Applications on the email id of Shri Rajeev Gupta (DGC Criminal) [email protected] 09- The Computer Section shall download such applications received through email and necessary list shall be generated. 10- All such Applications as are filed by 12.30 PM on working day shall be taken up on next working day. 11 The Computer section shall forward a copy of applications to nominated officials of the concerned Court. If there is no defect, the concerned Court will fix the date for hearing and such date will be informed on the mobile number provided by the Ld. Counsel. If any defect is found, it may be informed to the Counsel concerned and after removal of the defect, next date be fixed for hearing and such date will be informed on the mobile number provided by the Ld. Counsel. All such Applications shall be registered on CIS 12- Administrative office is directed to make a roster for fixing officials assigned by rotation, fixing days on weekly basis and in time slots with the strict direction that not more than 10 Court staff (including Class fourth employees) shall be assigned duties on particular days. 13- No other official shall come to the Court premises unless specifically directed. 14- Secretary DLSA, District- Saharanpur shall render necessary assistance for generating awareness. 15- Concerned Officials of the Courts mentioned above are directed that Daily Report be submitted to Administrative Office of the District Judge as soon as possible for each working day for submission on e-service module on regular basis. 16 The above guidelines for the functioning of the Court shall be applicable to all the Courts of this Judgeship as well as Outlying Court, Deoband and Gram Nyayalay at Behat from 10.05.2021 to till further orders.
