The meeting opened on Monday, 24 November 2003, at 3 pm. with Christa Randzio-Plath, chairwoman, in the chair.
1. Adoption of draft agenda PE 333.072
The draft agenda was adopted.
2. Chairman's announcements:
The Chair informed Members of the decision to postpone the adoption of SGI report to 15/12/2003, during an extra-ordinary meeting in Strasbourg.
3. Approval of minutes of the meetings of:
6 October 2003 in Brussels PE 333.063 The minutes were approved.
4. Appointment of rapporteurs and draftspersons - decisions on procedure, decisions of the Bureau and the co-ordinators meeting of 4 November 2003 in Brussels.
The mini-pv of said meeting was distributed to the members and the decisions were commented by the Chair. The Chair announced the decision to nominate the PSE group for the Lamfalussy extension report.
