C. Dear Dr. Brown: Pursuant to Contract No. F44620-67-C-0035 between the United States Air Force and the University of Colorado, I transmit herewith the final report of the Scientific Study of Unidentified Flying Objects. As you know, the University undertook this study at the urging of the Air Force, not only for its purely scientific aspects, but in order that there might be no question that any of the matters reported herein reflect anything other than strict attention to the discovery and disclosure of the facts. I want to take this occasion to assure you that, under the direction of Dr. Edward U. Condon, the study has been made and the report prepared with this thought constantly in mind. The Air Force has been most cooperative, both in respect to furnishing the project with all information in its possession bearing upon the subject matter of the investigation and, equally important, in pursuing most scrupulously a policy of complete noninterference with the work of Dr. Condon and his staff. There has never been the slightest suggestion of any effort on the part of the Air Force to influence either the conduct of the investigation or the content of this report.

Yes, many of the entries contradict each other, and others are most likely patent lies, but all of these are in the public literature and you can sort them out for yourselves… Due to some positive notes from readers, I have decided to start updating this list after about a year of ignoring it. I will be adding new stuff bit by bit, with the latest batch on August 1, 2007. Go back to my homepage for more good stuff, please and thank you. Any comments or additions?

Sezione Ufologica Triestina [email protected] UFO Report F1 V1 Progressive development and synthetic analysis of the UFO question Considerations and hypothesis, explanatory diagrams. General notes and concluding considerations. © Luciano perla The diagrams present in the following pages, two outdated (D1 and D2), the first version dates back to the years 70), represent an attempt to graphically synthesize a logical-deductive analysis of the facts and events presented by the UFO case. Analysis and deductions that then converge for the extraterrestrial origin of these objects. However today the fact of the extraterrestrial origin of UFOs appear substantially discounted, since it represents (for a long time) the conclusion that more adheres to the facts, nevertheless this conclusion does not at all leave the time which it finds. Since passed this point, and thus taken effective awareness of this reality, this entails entering into the merits of what this implies for our culture and our civilization. The first 2 diagrams represent the first phase or level of discussion, if so it can be defined the development of the UFO question, represented, precisely, by the collection, verification and analysis of the facts, and subsequent hypotheses and/or conclusions. Phase that has lasted for almost six decades (...). As you can see, in this summary analysis of the UFO question is also included an interpretation in mythical terms, although, in fact, today this interpretation is decidedly unrealistic, and therefore no longer taken into account, as a possible explanation of "Phenomena". In 1958, in fact, C. G. Jung, proposed a solution for this phenomenon in psychological terms, with his book, "On things that are seen in heaven ", Bompiani 1958, as a modern myth of unconscious projections.

It is now a matter of history. Some UFO researchers claim that eventually, Eisenhower went on and signed a treaty with the Gray Aliens and the terms of the treaty were as follows:. By Nadia Drake. The " contactees " of the early s said that the " space brothers " they met were peaceful and benevolent, but by the mids, a number of alleged alien abductions ; including that of Betty and Barney Hilland of the apparent mutilation of cattle cast the ETH in more sinister terms. Though the ETH was mentioned, it was generally given little credence. CHAPTER 13: ENEMY ATTACK AND UFO POTENTIAL FEW RESIDENTS of the United States, except for those in Hawaii, have experienced an enemy attack on their hometown in this century; some think they have. The Great Los Angeles Air Raid of February 26, 1942, began at 2:25 A.M. when the US Army announced the approach of hostile aircraft and the cities air raid warning system went into effect for the first time in World War II. "Suddenly the night was rent by sirens. Searchlights began to sweep the sky. Minutes later gun crews at Army forts along the coast line began pumping the first of 1,433 rounds of ack-ack into the moonlight. Thousands of volunteer air raid wardens tumbled from their beds and grabbed their boots and helmets. Citizens awakened to the screech of sirens and, heedless of the blackout warning, began snapping on their lights . The din continued for two hours. Finally the guns fell silent. The enemy, evidently, had been routed. Los Angeles began to taste the exhilaration of its first military victory. "(1) ------------------ THE UFO THREAT--A FACT In this chapter we will now turn our attention to the very real threat posed by Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs), whether they exist or not. The well-documented and highly publicized War of the Worlds radio drama by Orson Welles shows how even a perceived existence to alien creatures can cause very real disaster-like conditions and panic among a given populace. In addition, if the apparent visits by alien beings and their space vehicles should pose any type of threat, it will, as always, be the fire service that is called upon to provide the first line of life-saving defense and disaster mitigation.
