Signed Director for Development Services Dated: 27 May, 2009 NOTES: (1) This determination is given on the basis of the legislation in force and the facts available at the time of the determination. In particular the determination is based on the strict understanding that the building/works are reasonably necessary for the purposes of agriculture on the immediate agricultural unit or for the purposes of forestry. Should it transpire that the building/works are put to use for non-agricultural or non-forestry purposes then this determination will be of no effect, and the building/works would be unauthorised and therefore liable to enforcement action, which may require removal of the said building/works. (2) Any person who is aggrieved by this determination of the Local Planning Authority, to refuse their proposal, or who is dissatisfied with a condition imposed on an approval, may appeal in writing to the Secretary of State within three months of receipt of notice of the determination. The appeal shall be given in writing, and addressed to The Secretary of State for the Environment, Tollgate House, Houlton Street, Bristol, BS2 9DJ. (3) The Building Regulations may be applicable to this proposal. You are advised to contact Building Control before commencing work on site..
