The Promotion closes at 11.59pm AWST on 4 February 2018. Relevant State(s) All Australian States (excluding ACT or NT) Entry Restrictions Entry is open to residents of Australia, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and all companies and agencies associated with this Competition. Entrants less than 18 years of age must have the consent of their parent or guardian in order to enter. By entering this Promotion, entrants confirm that they have consent, and the Promoter reserves the right to verify this. The Promoter may require written consent from an entrant’s parent or guardian in order to award any prize. To be eligible to win the Pre-match activation – First Draw Prize, entrants must attend an Eligible BBL Match with their family comprising of 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 15 (First Draw Eligible Entrants). To be eligible to win a prize, entrants must attend an Eligible BBL Match (Eligible Entrants). Verification Eligible Entrants must retain proof of purchase of their ticket for the Eligible BBL Match. Requirements Entry Procedure Nickelodeon Land Prize (x 2 per match – 16 Nickelodeon Land Prizes in total) Pre-match activation – First Draw Prize To win the Pre-match activation Nickelodeon Land Prize (First Draw), the First Draw Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: (a) attend an Eligible BBL Match; and (b) be one of four randomly selected families by a representative of the Promoter from the crowd at the Eligible BBL Match during the pre-match of the Eligible BBL Match (including but not limited to means such as “fan cam”, ground announcer or other personnel) to participate in the pre-match activation where the Promoter will conduct a bin draw requiring each randomly selected family to open a bin (one of which has been pre-determined by the Promoter as the “winning bin”). Innings Break – Second Draw Prize To win the Innings Break Nickelodeon Land Prize (Second Draw), the Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: (a) attend an Eligible BBL Match; and (b) be randomly selected by a representative of the Promotor from the crowd at the the Eligible BBL Match during the innings break of the Eligible BBL Match (including but not limited to means such as “fan cam”, ground announcer or other personnel) as a winner of a Nickelodeon Land Prize. BBL Final At-Match Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Prize To win the BBL Final At-Match Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Prize, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: (a) attend the BBL Final; and (b) be one of four randomly selected individuals by a representative of the Promoter from the crowd at the BBL Final during the first innings of the BBL Final (including Page 1 Cricket Australia but not limited to means such as “fan cam”, ground announcer or other personnel) to participate in a competition at the BBL Final (At-Match Competition). The At-Match Competition will entail participation by the four randomly selected individuals for the At-Match Competition in a game of skill where two out of the four contestants will advance to the final stage whereby one of the contestants will be randomly slimed and the other will be glittered. The Winner of the At-Match Competition will be the contestant that gets slimed. BBL Final At- Trip to the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice 1 Up to Match Awards in Los Angeles in March $16,000 (inc Nickelodeon 2018, consisting of: GST) Kids’ Choice (a) return economy airfares from the Awards Prize winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Los Angeles, USA for 2 adults and 2 children under 15 years of age; (b) 5 nights’ accommodation in a standard Hotel room suitable for 2 adults and 2 children under 15 years of age (no less than 3.5 star and based on 4 people sharing one room); (c) 4 tickets (2 adults, 2 children under 15 years of age) to the Nickelodeon 2018 Annual Kids’ Choice Awards to be held in LA, in March 2018 at a date to be confirmed by the promoter and the provider; (d) return transfers from Los Angeles Airport to the Hotel for 4 people; and (e) tour of related facilities and/or studios as and when available (subject at all times to additional prize terms below). Total Prize Pool Up to $107,536 (inc GST) Page 3 Cricket Australia Additional Prize Terms Nickelodeon Land Prize (a) All components of the Prize are subject to availability at the time of booking. (b) Prize cannot be claimed for Saturday nights, public holidays, gazetted school holiday periods in Queensland and Gold Coast 600 period as defined by Sea World Resort. (c) Any alterations to confirmed details will be at the expense of the Prize winner. BBL Final At-Match Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Prize and Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Prize (a) The tour related facilities and/or studios will be taking place during the period of the winners stay in LA, and an agenda will be provided to the winner. This date is subject to change and will be confirmed by Nickelodeon Australia Management Pty Ltd. (b) Nickelodeon Australia Management Pty Ltd will be responsible for booking and paying for flights, accommodation, tickets to the Nickelodeon Annual Kids Choice Awards 2018, return transfers from Los Angeles Airport to the Hotel and tour of any related facilities and/or studios. (c) The Prize must be redeemed to coincide with the Nickelodeons 2018 Annual Kids’ Choice Awards on a date to be confirmed, in March 2018, tentatively scheduled for 24 March 2018. (d) It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any traveling companions) must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements. Adults must be 18 years or over and children must be 15 years and under. (e) Nickelodeon’s 2018 Annual Kids’ Choice Awards will be hosted by Viacom International, Inc and their representatives. (f) Entry to Nickelodeon’s 2018 Annual Kids’ Choice Awards may be subject to the host and venue operator’s conditions of entry. Any refusal of entry to the venue by or on behalf of the host or venue operators will be at the venue operator’s sole discretion and no alternative prizing will be awarded in the case of refusal of entry. Event attendees who are intoxicated or under the influence of any illicit substance will be refused entry and may be removed from the premises. (g) Winner and guest acknowledge that filming may take place at the event and by entering this competition each agrees that representatives of Viacom International Inc or any affiliates or subsidiaries may record, reproduce, publish, adapt, communicate or otherwise use the winner and their guest’s performances, names, voices, and likeness for the purposes of creating or producing any television program or other audio, visual and/or audio-visual material and for advertising and publicity purposes in any media throughout the world in perpetuity without needing to provide additional compensation. Where the winner or guest has any moral rights in such materials, each agrees to consent to such use of the materials that but for that consent may amount to a breach of those moral rights. (h) It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner agrees to participate in and cooperate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed and filmed and the winner grants the Promoter and Viacom International Inc or any affiliates or subsidiaries a perpetual, non- exclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

    SPONGEBOB TAKES OVER YR STORE London, Friday 2nd October 2015 - YR STORE, the world’s first live all-over print specialists, have given the YR STORE website and the YR STORE’s custom printing area in Topman Oxford Circus a SpongeBob make over using a skate-inspired Krusty Pants style guide. Launched in store and online on the 18th September, the in store takeover will last until Friday 16th October with exclusive products featuring the striking designs available online until 22nd October. The line features men’s and women’s t-shirts as well as socks. In addition to the pre-designed items available online, SpongeBob fans can visit Topman, Oxford Circus to create their own garments using the Krusty Pants style guide. YR’s specially developed software and high specification digital print process enables customers to design their own garments and see them printed in store. Using YR’s large scale, interactive touchscreens, consumers create and customise prints by manipulating colours, adding text, layering foreground elements over existing background designs, or even creating their own completely unique patterns.
