Entry Restrictions Entry is open to residents of Australia, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and all companies and agencies associated with this Competition. Entrants less than 18 years of age must have the consent of their parent or guardian in order to enter. By entering this Promotion, entrants confirm that they have consent, and the Promoter reserves the right to verify this. The Promoter may require written consent from an entrant’s parent or guardian in order to award any prize. To be eligible to win the Pre-match activation – First Draw Prize, entrants must attend an Eligible BBL Match with their family comprising of 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 15 (First Draw Eligible Entrants). To be eligible to win a prize, entrants must attend an Eligible BBL Match (Eligible Entrants). Verification Eligible Entrants must retain proof of purchase of their ticket for the Eligible BBL Match. Entry Procedure Nickelodeon Land Prize (x 2 per match – 16 Nickelodeon Land Prizes in total) Pre-match activation – First Draw Prize To win the Pre-match activation Nickelodeon Land Prize (First Draw), the First Draw Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: (a) attend an Eligible BBL Match; and (b) be one of four randomly selected families by a representative of the Promoter from the crowd at the Eligible BBL Match during the pre-match of the Eligible BBL Match (including but not limited to means such as “fan cam”, ground announcer or other personnel) to participate in the pre-match activation where the Promoter will conduct a bin draw requiring each randomly selected family to open a bin (one of which has been pre-determined by the Promoter as the “winning bin”). Innings Break – Second Draw Prize To win the Innings Break Nickelodeon Land Prize (Second Draw), the Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: (a) attend an Eligible BBL Match; and (b) be randomly selected by a representative of the Promotor from the crowd at the the Eligible BBL Match during the innings break of the Eligible BBL Match (including but not limited to means such as “fan cam”, ground announcer or other personnel) as a winner of a Nickelodeon Land Prize. BBL Final At-Match Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Prize To win the BBL Final At-Match Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Prize, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: (a) attend the BBL Final; and (b) be one of four randomly selected individuals by a representative of the Promoter from the crowd at the BBL Final during the first innings of the BBL Final (including

but not limited to means such as “fan cam”, ground announcer or other personnel) to participate in a competition at the BBL Final (At-Match Competition).
The At-Match Competition will entail participation by the four randomly selected individuals for the At-Match Competition in a game of skill where two out of the four contestants will advance to the final stage whereby one of the contestants will be randomly slimed and the other will be glittered. Additional Prize Terms Nickelodeon Land Prize (a) All components of the Prize are subject to availability at the time of booking. (b) Prize cannot be claimed for Saturday nights, public holidays, gazetted school holiday periods in Queensland and Gold Coast 600 period as defined by Sea World Resort. (c) Any alterations to confirmed details will be at the expense of the Prize winner.
BBL Final At-Match Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Prize and Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Prize (a) The tour related facilities and/or studios will be taking place during the period of the winners stay in LA, and an agenda will be provided to the winner. This date is subject to change and will be confirmed by Nickelodeon Australia Management Pty Ltd. (b) Nickelodeon Australia Management Pty Ltd will be responsible for booking and paying for flights, accommodation, tickets to the Nickelodeon Annual Kids Choice Awards 2018, return transfers from Los Angeles Airport to the Hotel and tour of any related facilities and/or studios. (c) The Prize must be redeemed to coincide with the Nickelodeons 2018 Annual Kids’ Choice Awards on a date to be confirmed, in March 2018, tentatively scheduled for 24 March 2018. (d) It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any traveling companions) must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements. Adults must be 18 years or over and children must be 15 years and under. (e) Nickelodeon’s 2018 Annual Kids’ Choice Awards will be hosted by Viacom International, Inc and their representatives. (f) Entry to Nickelodeon’s 2018 Annual Kids’ Choice Awards may be subject to the host and venue operator’s conditions of entry. Any refusal of entry to the venue by or on behalf of the host or venue operators will be at the venue operator’s sole discretion and no alternative prizing will be awarded in the case of refusal of entry. Event attendees who are intoxicated or under the influence of any illicit substance will be refused entry and may be removed from the premises. (g) Winner and guest acknowledge that filming may take place at the event and by entering this competition each agrees that representatives of Viacom International Inc or any affiliates or subsidiaries may record, reproduce, publish, adapt, communicate or otherwise use the winner and their guest’s performances, names, voices, and likeness for the purposes of creating or producing any television program or other audio, visual and/or audio-visual material and for advertising and publicity purposes in any media throughout the world in perpetuity without needing to provide additional compensation. Where the winner or guest has any moral rights in such materials, each agrees to consent to such use of the materials that but for that consent may amount to a breach of those moral rights. (h) It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner agrees to participate in and cooperate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed and filmed and the winner grants the Promoter and Viacom International Inc or any affiliates or subsidiaries a perpetual, non- exclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use. The inclusion of any such footage or photographs (including but not limited to creative control of the feature) will remain with the Promoter at all times. (i) Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. (j) It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winner(s) (and their companions) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. (k) Prize Winners and their guests acknowledge some activities in connection with the prizes may involve exposure to artificial slime. Nickelodeon Australia Management Pty Ltd and the Promoter accept no responsibility for any additional costs that may be associated with such exposure, including any loss, damage or injury incurred by

a Prize Winner or their guests, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Prize Age of Winner Restrictions/Exclusions If the Prize winner, or recipient or participant in a challenge or activity conducted in connection with this Promotion is younger than 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian of that person must be present for the duration of that event or prize fulfilment, as one of the participants. The Promoter reserves the right to appoint a chaperone to accompany such participants. The participants agree to the chaperone being present with them for the duration of the prize and agree to comply with any reasonable directions or guidelines notified to them by the Promoter or their chaperone. Expenses Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all other expenses are the responsibility of the winners (and their companions) including but not limited to current passports, flight upgrades, visas, meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, airport taxes (including departure taxes), fuel surcharges, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner or their parent/guardian at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Frequent flyer points may not be awarded at the discretion of the Promoter and do not form part of the prize. Acknowledgement of Risk By entering the Promotion, and by collecting a Prize, the winner and/or their parent/guardian acknowledge and accept that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The Promoter and its prize suppliers (including but not limited to Sea World Resort) are not responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst the winner is travelling. It is the responsibility of the Winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations prior to travel. The Promoter does not guarantee that the winner will enjoy a Prize or be suited to the type of Prize that is offered. Travel The winner must travel on the same flights and itinerary as their travelling companions. Each winner and their travelling companions will need to make their own way to their nearest capital city airport to board their flights and are responsible for all transfers and charges. Frequent flyer miles cannot be accrued on any airfare connected with this Promotion. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking and cannot be exchanged for other destinations. The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Prize winner and BBL Final At-Match Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Prize winner and their travelling companions must have a valid passport and applicable visas/permissions, to be organised at their own cost. The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Prize winner and BBL Final At-Match Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Prize winner and their travelling companions are responsible for registering with the US Visa Waiver programme: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov if applicable. Compliance with any health or other government requirements (including immigration) is the responsibility of each winner and their travel companions. All prize travel will be subject to the third party provider’s terms and conditions. The Promoter accepts no liability where a winner or travel companion is unable to fulfil any health or other government requirements. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including local government, local consular offices and the web site of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade at www.smartraveller.gov.au.

Notification and Winners will be announced on bigbash.com.au as soon as reasonably practical after a Publication of Winners Prize is awarded. Prize winners’ names may be published in The Australian on 12 February 2018.
Prize Claim Date and Nickelodeon Land Prize Blackout Dates The Nickelodeon Land Prizes must be redeemed by 31 December 2018. Nickelodeon Land Prizes cannot be redeemed during peak periods (as notified by the Promoter), including the following blackout dates - 10/12/2017 to 03/01/2018, 25/01/2018 to 29/01/2018, 06/03/2018, 14/04/2018 to 17/04/2018, 22/04/2018 to 25/04/2018, 10/06/2018 to 12/06/2018, 30/09/2018 to 02/10/2018 and 18/12/2018 to 31/12/2018. Winners of the Nickelodeon Land Prizes must provide all suppliers with a minimum of 60 days advance notice of intention to travel. Embargo restrictions apply during certain periods. Bookings are subject to conditions & availability (including but not limited to capacity limitations and other restrictions). BBL Final At-Match Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Prize As the Prize involve travel to coincide with attendance at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards in Los Angeles USA, the winner must travel on the dates required by the Promoter (currently scheduled between March 19 2018 and March 25 2018) in order to redeem the Prize. By entering the Promotion, the Eligible Entrant acknowledges the specific date within March 2018 of the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards is at Nickelodeon Australia Management Pty Ltd’s and the Promoter’s sole discretion, and may be subject to change prior. If a BBL Final At-Match Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Prize winner is unable to travel on the dates required by the Promoter, the winner (Nominating Winner) may nominate another member of the winner’s family to redeem the Prize.

If an Eligible BBL Match is abandoned, called off, cancelled or postponed for any reason, (including as a result of the Promoter’s wet weather policy), Eligible Entrants will not be able to participate in the Promotion (or the relevant part of the Promotion) and the Promoter reserves the right not to award a Prize (subject to regulatory approval) in respect of that Eligible BBL Match.

These terms and conditions and the Schedule form the Conditions of Entry for this Promotion, and set out all of the information you need to know regarding this Promotion. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless otherwise stated. If there’s any inconsistency between these terms and the Schedule, then what’s in the Schedule is correct. By submitting your entry, you agree that these Conditions of Entry apply to your entry. 2. The promoter is Cricket Australia (ABN 53 006 089 130), of 60 Jolimont Street, Jolimont, Victoria, 3002 (‘Promoter’, ‘we’, ‘us’). 3. Any updates to these Conditions of Entry will be subject to regulatory approval, and will be published on our website www.cricket.com.au/competitions, so it’s important to check these Conditions of Entry regularly. Who can enter … and who can’t 4. The eligibility requirements for this Promotion are set out in the Entry Restrictions. Directors, managers, employees, officers, agents and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate families (ie spouse, partner, parent, grandparent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent)) are ineligible to enter. How to enter 5. To enter, you must follow the Entry Procedure. 6. We will not accept entries which are incomplete, illegible, or which are generated by computers or other automated means. 7. We reserve the right to disqualify your entry in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry or if, in our reasonable opinion, you tamper or interfere with an entry mechanism in any way. 8. If the Promotion cannot run for reasons beyond our control (for example, infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or technical failures), we reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion (subject to regulatory approval). If that happens, we’ll select a Prize winner in accordance with these terms and conditions. 9. All decisions made by us regarding any aspect of the Promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Rules about entry content 10. Where relevant, you must take full responsibility for the content of your entry and for ensuring that your entry complies with these Conditions of Entry. When we talk about “entry content”, we mean any content (including text, photos, videos and email messages) that you submit, upload, transmit, publish, communicate or use in connection with your entry into the Promotion. 11. Entries must be your original work. We reserve the right to verify, or to require you to verify, that your entry is your original work. If an entry cannot be verified to our satisfaction, that entry will be deemed invalid. 12. Your entry must not include: (a) any image or voice of any other person, unless you have that person’s permission. If your entry includes this content, you confirm that you have consent from the relevant person; (b) any content that contravenes any law, infringes the rights of any person or is obscene, offensive, potentially defamatory, discriminatory, indecent, objectionable or inappropriate (which includes any content involving nudity, malice, excessive violence or swearing); and (c) any content which infringes the intellectual property rights (such as copyright and trade marks) of another person. If you’re not sure whether you have the right to include particular content (for example, recorded music), don’t include it. By including any such content in your entry, you confirm you have the permission of the owner to do so and that this permission allows us to use the entry in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. 13. We may, in our absolute discretion, edit, modify, delete, remove or take-down any part of your entry.

14. By submitting an entry to the Promotion, you agree to assign all rights in your entry to us and consent to us using your entry in any manner we wish (including modifying, adapting or publishing the entry, whether in original or modified form, in whole or in part or not at all), by way of all media, without compensation. By submitting an entry, you consent to any dealings with the entry that may otherwise infringe your moral rights in the entry. We may copy any content submitted as part of an entry, cause the content to be seen and/or heard in public, and communicate the content to the public. We may also allow third parties to do these things. Prizes 15. The prize(s) are set out in the Prize Details and are subject to any restrictions specified in the Prize Restrictions/Exclusions. Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date of the Promotion. Any variation after that date is beyond our control. All costs, fees, charges or expenses associated with the prize(s), which are not specified in the Schedule, are the responsibility of the winner(s). 16. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not available, we will substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value (in our discretion), subject to regulatory approval. How winners are chosen and notified 17. Draw Details are set out in the Schedule. We will notify winners, and publish their names, in accordance with the Notification and Publication of Winners information set out in the Schedule. How to claim prizes 18. The Promoter will notify relevant winners of Prizes how to redeem a prize immediately at the time they are notified as being a winner. The Promoter (or its representatives) will communicate with the winner using the contact information provided to the Promoter by th winner. If prizes are not suitable for posting, we will determine the best delivery method. Prize winners should allow up to four weeks for delivery. We accept no responsibility for any lost or misdirected mail, or any damage to prizes caused in transit. 19. If (having made reasonable efforts) we cannot contact a prize winner, or if any prize is not accepted or claimed by the Prize Claim Date, that Prize will be forfeited and no Unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted. 20. At our request, prize winners (and their companion(s), if applicable) must sign (or ensure that their parent/guardian signs) an indemnity and exclusion of liability form provided by us. If a winner (or their parent/guardian) does not sign that form within the time specified by us, they will not be able to participate and that winner’s entry or prize claim will be declared invalid. If a winner’s entry is declared invalid prior to the Prize Claim Date, no new winner will be selected. 21. If you are a winner, you are responsible for your use of the prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use. Promoter’s use of entries and personal information 22. On submission, entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering this Promotion, you consent to us using your entry in any media for an unlimited period without compensation for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by us. 23. By participating in this Promotion, you understand and agree that Cricket Australia and State or Territory cricket associations, including the Big Bash League teams (together, "Australian Cricket") may use and disclose the personal information provided by you for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and for any of the purposes set out in Australian Cricket's Privacy Policy (available at www.cricket.com.au/privacy or by emailing [email protected]), which contains information about how you may access and seek correction of your personal information or complain about a breach of your privacy, and how Australian Cricket will deal with that complaint. Australian Cricket may also disclose your personal information to other parties, including our prize suppliers and Australian Cricket's third party service providers. From time to time, these third parties may be located (and so your personal information may be disclosed) overseas, including in India, the USA and the UK, and other countries from time to time. Australian Cricket may use your personal information for direct marketing purposes, unless you opt out (which you can do at any time in accordance with Australian Cricket's Privacy Policy). 24. If requested by us, each winner must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge. If you are a winner, you consent to us and our prize suppliers using your name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without compensation for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by us and our prize suppliers. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or guardian must give us this consent on your behalf. General stuff (boring but important) 25. We accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. We have no control over telephone communications, networks or lines and accept no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. We are not liable for any consequences of user error including any costs incurred. 26. You acknowledge that there may be inherent risks in some aspects of the Promotion or the prize and that participation in the Promotion or the prize may involve participating in dangerous activities. By entering this Promotion and/or accepting the prize, you accept that risk for yourself and for your companion(s) (if applicable). 27. You will be responsible for any tax liability associated with a prize. 28. To the extent permitted by law, we and our prize suppliers (including Nickelodeon Australia Management Pty Ltd) will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prizes or this Promotion. Prize Winners hereby indemnify the Promoter and its prize suppliers against any damage incurred as a result of accepting any prizes under this Promotion, other than any damage arising out of a breach by the Promoter and its prize suppliers. We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning a prize. 29. Neither we nor our prize suppliers are responsible for use of a prize which results in: (a) loss that was not reasonably foreseeable; (b) loss that was not caused by the our breach of these Conditions of Entry or by our negligence; (c) business losses (such as lost data, lost profits or business interruptions) or loss suffered by non-consumers; (d) losses caused by factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control (such as faults in third party equipment); and (e) any loss caused, or contributed to, by an entrant’s breach of these Conditions of Entry or an entrant’s negligence. 30. These Terms and Conditions of Entry are governed by the laws of Victoria.
