Management, Safety, Hygiene and Environment management in the construction of the Second Pellas Production Line For Ferrominera del Orinoco in Puerto Ordaz Bolívar State - Venezuela. Its nominal production capacity is 3.3 million tons of pellets per year, for direct reduction and / or for blast furnaces. This pre-reduced derives from the pelletization of fine iron ore, plus bentonite and dolomite, raw material of vital importance for the briquetting and steel industry. For this project, there was a direct labor force of 1,300 workers. 2013-2018 - Company: PPE Pro Planta Consortium. Position: Safety, Health and Environment Manager. Management of the Hygiene and Environment security management of the PPE Pro Planta Consortium, subcontractors hired to carry out the construction activities of the Paper Pulp Plant for the PULPACA Socialist Production Company in the Population of Macapaima, Anzoátegui State. This Plant has the particularity of using Caribbean pine and recycled paper as raw material using the BCTMP process (bleached chemical-thermo-mechanical pulp) having a production capacity of 250,000 tons per year of ecological newspaper. During this experience it was held under the responsibility of seven (07) construction companies where each of them carried out Construction activities. The labor force that intervened for the execution of the project was 1,800 workers, adding a workforce specialized in Occupational Health Safety and environment. Additionally, it was under my responsibility the Occupational Health department which was integrated by two occupational doctors and 10 technicians in emergency responses. 2012-2013 - Company: Vepica (Venezuelan Integrated projects) Position: Safety, Health and Environment Coordinator. Coordinate the Hygiene and Environment safety management of the subcontractors hired to carry out the construction activities of the New General Hospital in San Fernando Apure State. Type II hospital with a capacity of 250 beds. There was a workforce of 800 workers. For this project, constant monitoring was maintained in compliance with the sanitary construction standards established in current national and international legislation. 2011-2012 - Company: DuroFelguera /Y&V Ingeniería Position: Coordinator of Management in Safety, Health and Environment. Coordinate the Hygiene and Environment safety management of the subcontractors hired to carry out the construction activities of the New Combined Cycle Thermoelectric Plant (El Sitio Plant) in the Tuy Edo valleys. Miranda - Venezuela. The El Sitio thermoelectric plant is made up of two groups in multi -axis configuration, both having two gas turbines and one steam turbine which has a generation capacity of 1,080MW. It will be powered by gas and will also have the possibility of feeding with liquid fuel for which it will have a medium diesel storage system. The turbines were supplied by technological multinational Siemens. The project also included the installation of a water treatment plant, as well as an effluent treatment plant. For this majestic project led by the Spanish company Durofelguera, 12 contractor companies were hired, adding together a total of 2,200 workers. I had the responsibilit y to plan, coordinate and ensure compliance with the legislation, rules and procedures of Safety, Occupational Health and the environment, not having disabling accidents 2005-2011 - Company: Jantesa Ingenieria S.A Position: Safety, Health, Environment and Protection Manager. During the time worked at Jantesa Ingeniería I had the opportunity and the pleasure of planning, developing, auditing and being at the forefront of projects of great importance and importance for the Country, among which you can indicate: Interconnection Project of the Central East and West Transportation System ICO Phase II Gas Compressor Plant - Morón. PDVSA GAS - Carabobo State - Venezuela. This development project in the form of a Consortium between the companies Jantesa Ingeniería and Siemens carrying out the Engineering, procurement and construction of a Gas Compressor plant for the Venezuelan state-owned company PDVSA Gas division where two Gas compressor turbines supplied by the Siemens Company were installed. with a compression capacity of 110 million cubic feet of gas per day from the east of the country and to be sent to the west of the country. This project was carried out with a workforce of 800 workers distributed in 5 Contractors. Project Engineering and construction of Facilities, Extraction, storage and handling o f Orimulsion for the company SINOVENSA - PDVSA Campo Petrolero Morichal Monagas State- Venezuela The project consisted of the engineering and construction of a reception station, improvement and distribution to the storage yards, manufacture and installati on of 240 km, of pipes of different diameters, 120 km of 115kv power lines, manufacture of storage tanks yard of 500,000 barrels a total of three tanks and the firefighting system. For this, 8 contractor companies and a workforce of 1,300 workers were hir ed. Administrative activities, preparation and certification of the company in OHSAS 18001/18002, ISO 9001, achieving certification in Venezuela, Colombia and Panama. Another of the assignments I had under my responsibility was to perform compliance audits of the Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Management System in the different projects and administrative offices of the company. 2003-2004 - Company: Petrolera Petrozuata - Inelectra Superintendent of Safety, Health and Environment. Coordinate the Hygiene and Environment safety management of th e subcontractors hired for the Restoration Project, which consisted of the adaptation of the production system of the Extra Heavy Cruiser Improver Petrozuata in the Petroleum and Petrochemical Complex José Antonio Anzoátegui- Venezuela. For this, Petrozuata hires the Inelectra Engineering Company to carry out the inspection and monitoring of the work, and in turn the hiring of 6 construction companies for the execution of the project, having a workforce of 900 workers, it should be noted that all the construction were carried out with the Crude improver in operation, not having accidents with personal injury or damage to facilities. 2003-2003 – Company: Costa Norte Construcciones – Progesi Position: Safety, Health and Environment Supervisor Supervise the works of Assembly of Structures and equipment, complying with the standards and procedures of Hygiene and Environment security for the Hamaca Project, which was the Construction of the Extra Heavy Cruiser Improver for the Ameriven Oil Company in the José Antonio Anzoátegui Petroleum and Petrochemical Complex -Venezuela.
