It encourages researcher to solve the parking problems in the study area. The main purpose of the research is to arrange a model of the needs of on-street parking spaces in the study area. The research used the analysis of land use, the performance analysis of on-street parking and the street performance analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis serves as a model determining the needs of motorcycle and car parking space. The results showed that independent variables that affect the models of the need parking spaces for motorcycles: the accumulation of parking (X5) and the turnover of parking (X7), while the independent variables that affect the models of the need parking space four-wheeled vehicle that is an index parking (X8) , accumulated parking (X5), and the turnover of parking (X7). These variables became one of the considerations on on-street parking is parking control for the study area is the parking progressive control of the parking area, parking time control, and provision of centralized parking. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of financial knowledge, financial confidence and income, on financial behavior. This research is based on TPB Model and Behavioral Finance Theory, and it was carried out based on the phenomenon that occur at present whereas the community is more focused on short- term rather than on long-term. The Theory of Planned Behavior that rates the knowledge, self-confidence, and income becomes the basis of financial behavior of individuals, which become the topic of this research. The subjects in this study are the people of Jakarta Special Region, which includes the group of workforce who have already had the job and fixed income every month. The results of this research show that Financial Knowledge and Financial Confidence do affect Financial Behavior, whereas Income does not appear in the same way.     Date Pertagas Acquisition to PGN, First Step of Oil and Gas Holding State-owned gas company Perusahaan Gas Negara (IDX:PGAS), also known as PGN, is committed to support the Indonesian government’s programs in the energy sector. One oF them is the government's plan to actualize the holding or merging of of state-owned enterprises (SOE). "We believe that the establishment oF SOE holding company in an eFFort to consolidate the management oF natural gas will provide many benefits to the state and society," said Rachmat Hutama, Corporate Secretary of PGN in Jakarta on Wednesday (12/06/2017). As is it known, the Ministry of SOEs plans to establish a holding state-owned energy company. Currently, besides PGN, the other SOE energy company in Indonesia arePertamina. In the plan, the Ministry of SOEs projects Pertamina to become an oil and gas holding company. According to Hutama, PGN basically believes in the spirit of establishing this oil and gas holding company to prevent dualism of downstream management of domestic natural gas. "The establishment of oil and gas holding [company] is certainly one way to avoid duplication oF natural gas downstream management," Hutama said. Currently, Pertamina has a subsidiary which is also engaged in natural gas business, namely Pertagas. "With this holding, Pertagas will be merged into PGN, then PGN becomes a subsidiary of Pertamina," he said. This is absolutely necessary to achieve the holding company objectives. Hutama's statement reFers to a scheme once conveyed by the Ministry oF SOEs on various occasions. According to the scheme, state-owned Series B shares in PGN which reach 57% will be transFerred to Pertamina.

Manfaat penelitian ini adalah menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang sejarah ABRI, mengetahui perkembangan Dwifungsi ABRI, mengetahui peran ABRI dalam bidang sosial politik pada masa Orde Baru. Dalam mengkaji permasalahan dalam penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian historis dengan tahap-tahap yaitu heuristik, kritik sumber, intepretasi, dan historiografi. Sedangkan yang menjadi sumber dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber kepustakaan.
