Hu, the fi rst Chinese head of state to visit India in more than a decade, was received at the airport in New Delhi by India’s Foreign Minister Pranab Mukherjee and Science and Technology Minister Kapil Sibal. The Chinese leader held talks with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in Delhi on a range of bilateral issues, including commercial and economic cooperation. The two also reviewed progress in resolving the protracted border dispute between the two countries. Wyniki badań wskazują, że gospodarcze efekty organizacji konkursu Miss World będą jednoznacznie pozytywne. Efekty te należy oceniać w dwóch perspektywach: krótko i długookresowej. W perspektywie krótkookresowej najważniejsze są efekty bezpośrednio związane z organizacją imprezy. Chodzi przede wszystkim o wydatki na nocleg i wyżywienie grupy około 4000 tysięcy osób związanych z przygotowaniem imprezy oraz o przychody z tytułu reklam, konkursów audiotele itp. IBnGR szacuje, że budżet państwa może przy tej okazji uzyskać dodatkowe przychody w wysokości ponad 16 milionów złotych z tytułu podatku VAT, podatku dochodowego od firm oraz podatku od zakupu licencji. Organizacja konkursu Miss World to duży prestiż dla kraju i promocja Polski na arenie międzynarodowej To właśnie z tymi aspektami wiążą się długookresowe efekty organizacji konkursu. Hlavním posláním Nadace Naše dítě je ve smyslu platné legislativy a našeho statutu přerozdělovat získané finanční prostředky. Díky Vašim velkorysým darům a pomoci tisíců ostatních dárců včetně anonymních, se nám podařilo v uplynulém roce přerozdělit přes 7 milionů Kč. Finančně jsme pomohli 55 organizacím a vyřídili desítky došlých individuálních žádostí. Všechny Vaše finanční dary pomohly dětem týraným, opuštěným, handicapovaným a dětem ze sociálně slabých rodin. Některé z podpořených projektů a obdarovaných žadatelů jsme osobně navštívili a potěšilo nás, jak Vámi darované finance potřebným dětem pomohly. Dále jsme zorganizovali finanční sbírky ve prospěch nemocného, nedonošeného a zdravotně nepojištěného vietnamského chlapečka a na dořešení situace dětí Lucase a Sofinky, matky Krajníkové z Roudnice nad Labem a otce Fioderalise z Argentiny, kteří se po své rozluce nemohou dohodnout o dalším pobytu svých dětí.
