2018 Comprehensive Biennial Report on Texas Public Schools A Report to the 86th Legislature from the Texas Education Agency March 2019 Submitted to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and Members of the 86th Texas Legislature. The 2018 Comprehensive Biennial Report on Texas Public Schools describes the status of Texas public edu- cation, as required by §39.332 of the Texas Education Code.
