Ancient Egyptians
This term we are learning about the Ancient Egyptians. We will explore their culture and way of life. Each week I will be setting you a few tasks to focus your learning. For this week I would like you to do the following:
Task 5: Create a 3D model Using materials you can find around the house, design and make a tomb or sarcophagus for an Egyptian mummy. You can use the internet to research what Egyptian tombs and sarcophaguses look like. See if you can make the mummy to go inside as well. You could use bandages or toilet paper! Think carefully about how you will decorate your model so that it is fit for a king!
Task 6: Egyptian Pharaohs Using the attached sheet, can you fill in the missing information about the Pharaohs. Use the internet to help you. Once completed, cut each box out and arrange them into a timeline in order from who reigned first to who reigned last. Egyptian Pharaohs reigned last. Then, stick them onto your paper in order.
