Helen tells us something about her time with Brighter Futures and Clubhouse. I first joined Potteries Housing (now Brighter Futures) in 2005 as manager of community housing. Eighteen months later I joined the American as a support worker which was quite a change in direction. I have been most happy at The American. I have seen many changes to the team and the building itself. The complexity of peoples support needs has increased over the years.
