THE SCHOOL OF THEOLOGY CATALOG 2012-2013 The School of Theology is a division of the University of the South. It comprises an accredited seminary of the Episcopal Church and a programs center, that offers on-site and distance learning theo- logical education. It is accredited by the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada and the Southern As- sociation of Colleges and Schools to offer the degrees of Master of Divinity, Master of Arts, Master of Sacred Theology, and Doctor of Ministry. The School of Theology is located atop the Cumberland Plateau, 95 miles southeast of Nashville and 45 miles northwest of Chattanooga.
