In order to inform customers of the applicable rates, links are provided from those services to this rate schedule. If an operator assists with the call, operator services rates will apply. This service is available from Alaska, CNMI, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The rate for the Mexican portion is based on rate steps, which may be found in the Mexico Rate Step Table. • Other surcharges and fees may apply, including (but not limited to) Carrier Cost Recovery Charge, Carrier Universal Service Charge, Frequent Flyer Excise Charge, Gross Receipts Tax Surcharge, International Mobile Termination Surcharge and Single Bill Fee.
