PLAY Service Your CanalBox subscription allows you to have access to the PLAY service, via a kit (a SIM-connected modem, a decoder and a cable connecting the modem and the decoder) provided by MC VISION. The PLAY service allows you to have access to Catch Up content or any content as may be decided by MC VISION from time to time. Access to the PLAY service content is only open to a qualifying subscriber. A qualifying subscriber is a subscriber who has subscribed to the: 1) Bollywood+ bouquet or any higher bouquet; and 2) CanalBox service. The criteria for qualification may be modified at any time at the sole discretion of MC VISION.

MC VISION reserves the right to charge a subscription fee for the PLAY service. In the event MC Vision decides to charge its subscribers for the PLAY service, MC Vision will give its subscribers one month’s prior written notice. Access to the PLAY service and its content is dependent on you having an adequate broadband internet connection.

Upgrade or Downgrade of Double Play service - You can upgrade your Double Play Services only once per month during your Minimum Subscription Period. Your 12 months Minimum Subscription Period will remain the same. - You can also downgrade your Double Play Services, by one level, and only once per year. For example if you have a 20Mbps plan, you can downgrade to a 10Mbps plan only.

ABOUT CANALBOX SERVICE Your CanalBox subscription includes: - Pay TV service - High Speed Unlimited Broadband Internet Service - A Fixed line service - 1 Fixed Phone - Access to PLAY service

You may benefit from a CanalBox subscription only if you have subscribed to one of MC Vision’s Pay TV Services. The Pay TV and PLAY services are provided by MC Vision Ltd. The other services ("the Double Play Services") are provided by Emtel Ltd.

Minimum Subscription Term Both Double Play and Pay TV Services are provided with a Minimum Subscription Period of twelve (12) calendar months, which starts (upon your application being successful) from the date of installation of the CanalBox service at your premises. This Agreement shall thereafter be automatically renewed for further successive periods of 12 months each unless a written notice is received 1 month prior to the anniversary date of a renewal.

Security Deposit An interest free security deposit shall be made by the subscriber to MC Vision at the time of the subscription. The amount of the security deposit shall be Rs 1,000, or any other amount as may be determined. Should the subscriber wish to terminate the Agreement, the refund of the security deposit will only be processed where it has been approved by Emtel and subject to all amounts due or which may be owed by the subscriber have been fully paid up. The security deposit or any part thereof shall be reimbursed either by cheque or by bank transfer within a delay of three (3) months from the date MC Vision receives a request for refund. Where the subscriber terminates this Agreement before the expiry of the Minimum Subscription Period of twelve (12) calendar months, he shall automatically forfeit the whole amount of the security deposit and any outstanding amount due shall be paid by the subscriber.

Installation of CanalBox Services and Applicable Charges The following charges may apply upon installation of and/or during your CanalBox service subscription: - Installation Charges - On-site Troubleshooting Charges - Relocation of Service Charges

Early Termination Charges and Other Charges In case you wish to cancel your subscription prior to the end of the Minimum Subscription Period, an Early Termination Charge (“ETC”) fee shall apply. - The ETC is calculated as follows: your current plan's Monthly Subscription fee, multiplied by the number of remaining months until the end of your first Subscription Period, to which shall be added the value of any gratuities offered in that first Subscription Period. - No ETC is payable by you if the CanalBox Service cannot be installed. Late Payment Charges (“LPC”) shall apply in case you do not pay any or all balances owed to MC Vision by the due date. The LPC are equal to 10% of the outstanding balance owed.

Billing All payments under this Agreement, unless specified, shall be effected by Direct Debit from the subscriber's bank account in Mauritius only. Your monthly charges payable shall be sent to you by SMS or Email at the end of each month. Tariffs charged on contract are applicable on a Direct Debit payment mode only. For mode of payment other than Direct Debit or unsuccessful Direct Debit presentation, MC VISION may apply an extra charge of Rs50 (VAT incl) on your monthly bill. A request for the monthly bill to be sent to you by email or post can be made to MC Vision if you wish to have a detailed bill. Your first payment will include: - On a pro-rata basis, the number of days of Double Play service consumed during the month of subscription - One month subscription fee in advance - Any additional chargeable calls done through your CanalBox voice service (during the month of subscription) Your recurrent payment will include: - One month subscription fee in advance - Any additional chargeable calls done through your CanalBox voice service (during the month of subscription)
