Paul Delorey): Good afternoon, possible. During this sitting we will have colleagues. It is a pleasure to welcome you back as interpretation in the following languages: we resume the Fifth Session of the 16th Legislative Inuinnaqtun, South Slavey, Tlicho, Gwich’in, Assembly. In August, 2012, 75 delegates met in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories for a 3 day session which developed 16 Action Items for the Arctic Caucus.
