In addition, renovations finished at RMK Merrill-Stevens Boatyard, including a new seawall, infrastructure and ship lift. The Miami River Commission approved the mixed use “River Parc” devel- opment featuring the public riverwalk, 2,500 new affordable, workforce and market rate residential units, riverfront restaurant and retail spaces in Little Havana.
