    Keynote Speaker’s Profile Professor Dr Yu Min-Teh University Chair Professor Providence University And National Chiao Tung University Dr. Yu is holding a university chair professor in Providence University and National Chiao Tung University. Before the appointment of university chair professor in 2019, he has served as President of China University of Technology and Providence University, Dean of National Chiao Tung University, Dean of Yuan Ze University, and Department Head at National Central University. He has been a Distinguished Professor at National Taiwan University and a Visiting Professor at Drexel University. He was also President of the Taiwan Risk and Insurance Association and the Financial Engineering Association of Taiwan.
