Wild Blue Car Wash donated 50 percent of their wash sales from the fundraiser’s duration to the group, while theatre members and volunteers sold baked goods, vacuumed, and dried cars for additional tips. The money raised will help with their production costs. “The Doherty Theatre Department is so grateful to have worked with the Wild Blue Car Wash for our biggest fundraiser of the year!” exclaimed Thespian Troupe #2242 President Faith Matson. “Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. This will help us pay for our mainstage productions this year. Thank you, Wild Blue!” For more information please contact Tiffani Sandoval at 719-793-9012 or [email protected]. About Wild Blue Car Wash Wild Blue Car Wash is a locally-owned and operated exterior wash dedicated to saving the environment by recycling 80 percent of all water used and using only environmentally-friendly soaps. Vacuums are free with the purchase of any tunnel wash. Wild Blue Car Wash frequently hosts charity car washes for local nonprofit organizations. Other events scheduled this summer included the Mitchell High School Football Team, Vista Ridge Cheerleading, Rampart High School Basketball, and Palmer High School Band. Principal Karen Newton Contact Information Phone: 719-328-4902 Email: [email protected] WebEx Personal Room: https://cssd11.webex.com/meet/karen.newton Hello Midland Community! I am excited to continue in the role of D11 Elementary Principal this year. I have ten years of administrative leadership experience and I have been the Principal of West Elementary for four years now. This year, I am excited to be the Principal at both West and Midland. I am surrounded by a group of amazing educators at both schools. I believe strongly in working collaboratively and creating a climate of self and collective efficacy. I believe our highest priority is student learning both academic and social. At Midland we set high expectations for faculty, staff and students. We believe in personal accountability and feel we must all take responsibility to meet expectations. We have a truism that our students recite, "Midland Mustangs Inspire Others to be their Best!" I look forward to working with you in partnership to ensure in these "unprecedented times" that all our students continue to grow!
