T 77/13 Die Spielerinnen des Porsche Team Deutschland gehen zuversichtlich in die US Open Sabine Lisicki und Co. haben in New York viel vor Stuttgart. Die Spielerinnen vom Porsche Team Deutschland und vom Porsche Ta- lentteam Deutschland starten mit viel Zuversicht in die US Open. Bei einem Treffen mit Teamchefin Barbara Rittner stimmten sie sich in New York auf das am Montag beginnende letzte Grand-Slam-Turnier des Jahres ein. Obwohl in der Vorbereitung nicht alles nach Wunsch lief, hat sich Angelique Kerber für das Turnier, bei dem vor zwei Jahren mit dem sensationellen Erreichen des Halb- finales ihr Aufstieg in die Weltspitze begann, viel vorgenommen. „Ein Grand-Slam- Turnier ist immer etwas ganz Besonderes“, sagt die 25-jährige Kielerin, die als Nummer 8 der Setzliste gegen die Tschechin Lucie Hradecka startet. „Wenn es mir gelingt, meinen Rhythmus zu finden, ist sicherlich einiges möglich.“ Auch Sabine Li- sicki sieht ihrem ersten Grand-Slam-Auftritt nach ihrem glanzvollen Finaleinzug in Wimbledon optimistisch entgegen: „Mein Ziel ist die zweite Turnierwoche.“ Die Vor- aussetzungen sind gut: Die 23-jährige Berlinerin, an Nummer 16 gesetzt, hatte bei der Auslosung Glück und trifft in der ersten Runde auf eine Qualifikantin. Durchaus lösbare Erstrundenaufgaben warten auch auf die anderen Spielerinnen des Porsche Team Deutschland. So spielt Andrea Petkovic, die auf ihrem Weg zu- rück in die Weltspitze zuletzt im Finale von Washington DC stand, gegen die Serbin Bojana Jovanowski.
