Furniture & Fixtures, Electrical Fittings, lifts, DG Sets, AC’s, office equipments, stationery, renovation and alteration at all offices of the Bank (owned or hired ) E Scope of Cover Standard Fire & Allied Perils including a) Earthquake including Fire & Shock b) Storm, Tempest, Flood & Inundation (STFI) cover F Clauses to be attached a) Architect’s and Engineer’s Clause b) Removal of Debris c) Local Authority clause d) Designation of property clause e) Omission to Insured clause up to 1% of building and contents sum insured f) Escalation clause up to 5% of sum insured for building & contents g) Earthquake & STFI h) Reinstatement clause i) Goods held in Trust clause j) 72 hours clause k) On account Payment clause G Sum Insured a) Premises/building/building including all civil works owned by the Bank : Rs 600.00 Crores b) Contents at all Branches / Offices : Rs 1400.00 Crores (owned or hired ) H Deductible Excess As per standard Fire policy I Basis of claim The bank will not provide Fixed Asset register in the event of a settlement claim. In annexure I- A, the bank has given details of the exposure it has in various branches at different locations on PAN India basis. Claims to be settled on the basis of Annexure I-A. Pre agreed panel of surveyors . Time lines for surveys, survey report submission to be mentioned . Detailed clauses of this SLA would be shared post binding of policy. Other Servicing parameters would include: . Dedicated account management team from Insurer’s end . Account review to be done on regular basis with Central Bank of India . Computer nodes, Servers, Routers, Switches, UPS with batteries, Scanners, Printers, Note Counting, Note sorting machines and all other IT assets excluding ATMs. All the above equipments are covered under AMCs. E Scope of Cover Electronic Equipment Insurance policy F Sum Insured Electronic Equipment at all Branches / Offices : Rs 1000 Crore G Deductible Excess As per standard Electronic Equipment policy H Basis of claim The bank will not be able to provide Fixed Asset register in the settlement event of a claim. The Bank will not be Providing Asset register in the event of a claim ANNEXURE-II The above document is also available on the Bank’s website- www.centralbankofindia.co.in The quotes in sealed cover should be sent on or before the closing date to ensure that the same reaches CM, Central Bank of India, General Administration Department, 16th Floor, Chandermukhi, Nariman Point, and Mumbai. The sealed cover should be super scribed “Rate Quote for FIRE and EEI POLICY (2017-2018)” with full name, contact number and postal address of the rate quoting company. No quote shall be accepted after the scheduled date and time. The quotes should be signed by the Authorized Official of the Insurer with seal as a token of having accepted the clauses/ conditions in to to. Conditional quotes shall not be considered and shall be liable to be discarded ab-initio. The sealed envelopes containing quotes shall be opened in presence of a Committee comprising of Bank Executives. Presence of the representatives of Insurers willing to be present at the opening of the quotes is solicited. The L1 will be selected as per the premium quotation for both the policies taken together. Right to accept or reject any or all quotes in part or full or to further negotiate the rate shall rest with the General Manager- GAD, Central Office, Mumbai.
