Dear Parents, Thank you for your interest in sending your child to one of the schools in the Emerson Green/ Mangotsfield area. We understand that choosing the right school for your child is very important and you will need time and information before you are able to make your decision.

The above four schools work very closely together and in order to help, we have allocated times for you to visit each school if you wish. (See below). The meetings will give you an opportunity to view the school(s) and meet the Headteacher(s) and ask any questions you may have.

These meetings are not really suitable for children. Once you have made a decision and a place has been offered there will be opportunities for parents and children to visit the school and become more familiar with the staff and the setting.

Sometimes parents have confidential issues they would like to discuss with the Headteacher(s). Usually it is possible to do this briefly at the end of the meetings. However you may want to ring the school prior to the meeting to check whether you need to make an alternative appointment if you would like to talk in confidence.
