(b) Collection of marksheets and pass certificates by candidates : Category of candidates to be collected from Regular Institution where IAF was forwarded Regular Repeater Institution where IAF was forwarded Improvement Institution where IAF was forwarded Centre Repeater Centre where appeared Change of Centre Centre where appeared External Centre where appeared Candidates must produce their original admit cards at the time of collection of marksheets and pass certificates. (c) Marksheets and pass certificates shall not be issued to individual candidates from this Office. ISSUE OF ORIGINAL PASS CERTIFICATES : Original pass certificates are issued to successful candidates along with marksheets. As such, provisional pass certificates need not be issued by the institutions. Further, institutions who admit students may not insist on provisional pass certificates. CORRECTION : Any mistakes in the marksheet and pass certificate must be reported within 30 days after the publication of the Result Gazette for rectification. Such cases should be routed through the institution/centre. (refer page 27-28 Management of Examinations) Corrections, if any, in the marks/division shall be intimated to the concerned institution/centre through an authorised Board's Official. Correction in the admit card shall not be entertained as the stipulated time is over. 1 POST PUBLICATION RESCRUTINY : (a) Rescrutiny of answer-scripts in any number of subjects is permitted. The application should be routed through the school/centre. (b) Candidates applying for rescrutiny can apply online to [email protected] within 30(thirty) days after the publication of the result ,i.e., on or before 19th August 2021. The prescribed fee of ` 500/- per subject shall be paid to SBI Account No. 39353961985, IFS Code SBIN0000214. The scanned copies of the payment receipt, marksheet, marksheet-cum-pass certificate, admit card and the phone/mobile number of the candidate should be mailed at the above mail address along with the application. (c) Rescrutiny results shall be declared within 40 (forty) days after the declaration of this result. POST PUBLICATION RESULT : (a) Rescrutiny result shall be sent to all higher secondary schools and colleges registered with the Board. (b) The rescrutiny results are not notified individually. (c) Corrigendum and addendum of this result gazette shall be published along with the rescrutiny results. (d) Rescrutiny result will be made available on the Board's website. PHOTOCOPY OF ANSWERSCRIPTS: (a) Photocopy of answerscripts shall be provided to candidates on fulfillment of the terms and conditions. (b) This provision shall be extended only to candidates who applied for rescrutiny and in the subject(s) they applied. (c) Candidates who did not apply for rescrutiny shall not be eligible to apply for photocopy of the answerscripts. (d) Candidates applying for photocopy of the answerscripts shall apply online at [email protected] The prescribed fee of ` 1000/-each per subject shall be paid to SBI Account No. 39353961985. (e) The last date for submission of application form is within 15 days after declaration of rescrutiny result. Overview of the State Economy : 1.1 The size, composition and growth of the economy determine the revenue potential of the State and the size of the budget; and the size of the budget determines the level of public expenditure. The economy is measured in terms of Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) at current prices. Overview of State Government Finances: 2.1 The fiscal base and fiscal health of a State are directly related to the development of the State. Public Investment in the infrastructure would expand the productive capacity of the economy and thus expand the revenue generating potential of the State. The fiscal base is determined by the size of the economy, which can be expanded in the long run. Thus, in the medium term, the fiscal health of the State has to be improved so that the Government can increase the development expenditure to expand the economic base.

The Journal Dstarted its first publication in 2015 and the first volume carried five issues. The current publication is the first issue of the second volume. The articles received have gone through a series of reviewing process. Only papers that have satisfied the reviewing process have been taken for publication. It is a matter of fact that research has been the key element in growth and development of a nation. Research investigates systematically into a problem or situation and assists in solving the problem. Hence, researches both scholarly and professionally have been expanding regularly to a great measure. In view of the growing need and significance of research, the Dimapur Government College Journal continues to hold quality publication in its endeavour. Notification on Unclaimed Cheques of Scholarships The Department of Higher Education is hereby publishing the list of students whose Scholarships could not be credited into their accounts due to incorrect bank details. In this connection, the Department has given Press releases on 3rd Nov. 2017 and 25th March 2019. In spite of the said notifications, there are a number of cheques lying unclaimed in the Directorate of Higher Education. Therefore, Students whose names/details are listed below may kindly claim the same from the Directorate during the Office hours with Xerox copies of passbook front page along with a proof of one Identification Card. The Department shall issue the said cheques from 1st May 2019 to 29th June 2019 failing which; the Department shall report the matter to the State Government for further necessary action.
