The Nine Essentials Elements Survey is completed digitally through the Survey Monkey each Spring by all district staff utilizing a Likert scale of 1- 5 with 5 being the most positive. The survey results are utilized districtwide as a needs assessment tool and is a requirement for the Title I Needs Assessment as a data source for the Annual Program Review which drives the development of the Title I Schoolwide Plan.
