Child and Youth Protection Based on the analysis of the results of the 2015 Audit conducted under the direction of the USCCB’s Office for Child and Youth Protection, the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA has been found to be in full compliance with the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People. Protecting God’s Children in the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA The Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA (AMS) refers to and cooperates fully with the diocese of incardination or religious community and with appropriate military and civilian law enforcement when any misconduct complaints of sexual abuse against a priest-chaplain or deacon are received. Archbishop Timothy Broglio, JCD has promulgated the Archdiocese’s Policy to Address Claims of Sexual Abuse of a Minor. This policy is reviewed annually by the Archdiocesan Review Board. The Archdiocese for the Military Services provides assistance to anyone who, as a minor, was sexually abused by a priest, deacon or employee serving in the Archdiocese. Parents, guardians, children, and survivors of sexual abuse are invited and encouraged to contact AMS for more information about this program.
