Retsudvalget 2015-16 REU Alm.del Bilag 258 Offentligt En ny politiskole i Aalborg Steder og muligheder Forudsætningerne for en ny politiskole I forbindelse med etableringen af et uddannelsescenter i Vestdanmark har Aalborg Kommune over for Rigspolitiet tilkendegivet interesse for at huse det nye uddannelsescenter. Rigspolitiet har i brev af 17. marts 2016 oplyst, at der, i samarbejde med Bygningsstyrelsen, skal foretages en analyse og vurdering af, om der kan findes eksisterende bygninger i det vestlige Danmark, der kan anvendes til et nyt uddannelsescenter, eller om der skal bygges nyt. Med henblik på en nærmere indkredsning og vurdering af de konkrete muligheder inden for den eksisterende bygningsmasse, ønsker Bygningsstyrelsen oplysninger om: • Ejendomme med et samlet bygningsareal på mini- mum 8.000 m2 og gerne op til 15.000 m2, der vurde- res at kunne disponeres til en politiskole • Hidtidig anvendelse (undervisning, kontor o.a.) • Størrelse på grundareal/udenomsarealer • Udvidelsesmuligheder (anslåede muligheder i m2) • Ejerforhold • Tegningsmateriale, matrikel- og oversigtskort • Billedmateriale • Lokalplanforhold • Afstand til offentlig transport • Afstand til hovedfærdselsåre • Adgang til skydebane (indendørs og udendørs), idrætsfaciliteter (idrætshal og udendørs øvelsesba- ne) mv., herunder afstand • Afstand til køreteknisk anlæg • Overnatningsfaciliteter på ejendommen eller i nær- heden til op mod 150 personer. Offshore wind power is among the most promising candidates to meet the climate goals of UN and is foreseen a strong growth in the years to come.
